Thai Serenity Spa used to be reasonably priced with very good massage therapists. Recently, the price is much higher now and the therapists are horrible. I asked for a relaxing Swedish Massage, and the therapist was not listening and kept hurting me as she treated my body like bread dough, as if she was hurriedly 'kneading bread.' She had no technique, no finesse, just kept rubbing in a random way as if she'd never had professional training. She was causing me pain and I kept telling her to go softer and slower, as I couldn't relax and would stiffen up my body since she was hurting me. She even forgot to do some areas. I tipped her anyway because of the time she spent on me, but certainly didn't deserve it. the whole thing was a waste of time and money. Never again going to Thai Serenity Spa, it's anything but serene. read more

I booked an appointment online for a massage and facial using their 4 payment plan. I thought it was a great idea because PayPal offers this too And I've never had a problem. but, it turns out the company they use just steals your money and the Spa ignores your emails. I never got the services I asked for, yet they're still deducting my money from my checking account. So Buyer Beware, if this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they treat actual customers. read more

Ordered two separate massages for my boyfriend and I, but we were able to share a room as a couples massage without an extra fee. My boyfriend loved his deep tissue. I also paid for a deep tissue but it felt more like a Swedish massage. The staff is super friendly and offer water and tea. read more

I sent my friend here as she was getting stressed. She said it was great. The place looks nice and it's great to have a Thai place that doesn't look like it's in an office park (like the places in Stamford). read more

Thai Serenity Spa - Massage Therapy Near Me - Greenwich, Connecticut

Petr is one of the best therapists I've ever had. He knows how to work specific areas and trigger points that help me recover after a long and hard day of racing. My body recovers so much quicker and I feel great in the process. When I saw the difference in my recovery times, I purchased a package! Scheduling is easy and the location is super convenient. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and I'm thrilled to be a repeat customer. read more

I came here after going to the hospital the night before from a debilitating muscle spasm. I took advantage of the first time $100 massage! The owner & her sister are really friendly & that made me feel comfortable! The place is small & cute. I had a male masseuse & I am RACKING my brain for his name!!! AHHH I'm so bad with names :( But he was AMAZING because he educated me on the body & how my muscles connect & gave me suggestions on how to loosen them up myself at home. He was super knowledgeable about human anatomy & helped me a LOT! He put pressure on the points where I was the tightest & he could PHYSICALLY FEEL with his hands where my muscles were tight & where they were loosening. It was pretty cool actually.. But, painful! But, it was what I NEEDED to get better. I would definitely come back again. I probably should get a membership!!!! read more

I've enjoyed three deep tissue massages here. The massage rooms are quiet with comfy beds. I've had different therapists and they all were good. The bathroom has nice amenities and the whole space is very clean. Everyone was wearing masks and adhering to COVID guidelines. read more

Thai Serenity Spa does not disappoint! I really enjoyed my 60 minute combination massage with Alina. I am a 27 year old male and have lame back issues. I just walked out of my appointment and now feel like a 20 year old gymnast on ecstasy. This was professional stuff. I will return frequently. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Alina was. Thanks to Nawinee and Juju for coordinating. Check this spot out!! read more

Excellent massage. I regularly get therapeutic messages in another state and this was fantastic!

This was literally the best massage I have ever had. I recently dislocated my hip in a skiing accident. I went to Thai Serenity on crutches and I WALKED out of there after they were done with me. I had better results here then any doctor or chiropractor. You can not beat the quality that they have here, it is above medical grade. Ask for Juju read more

Excellent, high-quality, integrative massage experience. They are re-modeling and planning to add one more room. In addition to traditional Thai massage, they also offer integrative massage therapy, deep tissue, Swedish massage, etc. It is very small and not somewhere you can do a "walk in" - you'll need an appointment well in advance (i.e. at least 1 day). read more

I came to Juju with a locked up back that I hadn't taken care of for a few weeks. She has a great technique of going in deeply after a knotty area, but smoothing it out so it's not painful. I've had massages where I've been bruised from the person going too deep with no relief & lots where I feel like I'm being pet. She was just right. After session, she spoke about issue areas & tips to help them. She is definitely someone I will repeat visit! read more

I had never had a Thai massage before, and now I can't imagine ever having anything different. PK did an incredible job. I came with a lot of stuck stress in my body, imbalances, and also knee pain from arthritis. PK was professional, skilled, and kind; she knew just what to do. I left feeling so much better! Thank you. I will return. read more

First time there today. Absolutely the best massage I have had in recent memory. Bella was absolutely terrific. Totally relieved symptoms from a compressed nerve and the muscle pain that radiated. I will be back on a regular basis. Thanks for making me feel better. read more

A must for everyone, particularly for those of us who are massage experienced. The techniques go way beyond any massage. My session was not only relaxing, it actually improved the alignment of a pronated knee.. On the very first visit, I left standing tall and lengthened. I'm heading back, to Serenity, in a couple of days, to maintain the benefits of todays session. I'm so grateful to have discovered Thai Serenity Spa read more

The staff was amazing before and after the session and my Thai massage with P was absolutely expert. I really felt so much better afterwards. She especially concentrated on my upper back in a way that was so healing. Later I conferred with the aestetician and saw her great work and will be making an appointment. I also learned about Peter's medical massage work and have already shared his info with a friend. I will definitely be back! read more
