Thai Serenity Spa used to be reasonably priced with very good massage therapists. Recently, the price is much higher now and the therapists are horrible. I asked for a relaxing Swedish Massage, and the therapist was not listening and kept hurting me as she treated my body like bread dough, as if she was hurriedly 'kneading bread.' She had no technique, no finesse, just kept rubbing in a random way as if she'd never had professional training. She was causing me pain and I kept telling her to go softer and slower, as I couldn't relax and would stiffen up my body since she was hurting me. She even forgot to do some areas. I tipped her anyway because of the time she spent on me, but certainly didn't deserve it. the whole thing was a waste of time and money. Never again going to Thai Serenity Spa, it's anything but serene. read more

I thought it was a great idea because PayPal offers this too And I've never had a problem. but, it turns out the company they use just steals your money and the Spa ignores your emails. I never got the services I asked for, yet they're still deducting my money from my checking account. The owner & her sister are really friendly & that made me feel comfortable! The place is small & cute. I had a male masseuse & I am RACKING my brain for his name!!! AHHH I'm so bad with names :( But he was AMAZING because he educated me on the body & how my muscles connect & gave me suggestions on how to loosen them up myself at home. He was super knowledgeable about human anatomy & helped me a LOT! He put pressure on the points where I was the tightest & he could PHYSICALLY FEEL with his hands where my muscles were tight & where they were loosening. It was pretty cool actually.. But, painful!
