I would trust these people with my first born son. Amazing and kind owners, great and respectful service, always accommodating and talented and hardworking staff. read more

This didn't feel like reflexology. Not quite sure what it felt like. I guess an in-between the toes massage mostly. I don't know. Maybe he had a toe fixation. I wasn't going to say anything. The whole lying down next to strangers, one who kept making strange noises, was weird enough for me. I had trouble hearing/understanding the worker at checkout and got yelled at a few times. How's that for 50 bucks (with tip) as so-called relaxation?! read more

This place is awesome! If you are in the area or anywhere in the surrounding area, this is worth the trip. I had the foot massage and would highly recommend this service. The owner was super friendly and accommodating. The space is very clean and welcoming. The fish are a wonderful addition to this relaxing atmosphere. The extra touches like free bottled water and hot stones to end the massage were also great. It is hard to know which places are good or not and this one is a definite gem! read more

I've been going for a long time. The last four or five times it was a calf massage. NOT a foot massage and definitely not reflexology.

I've been to Sun Reflexology a few times now, and I've always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they really take the time to understand your needs. I've had both foot reflexology and chair massage and both have been excellent. The pressure is always just right, and I always feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. The space is clean and well-lit. I always find it easy to unwind and de-stress when I'm there. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the massages are excellent. ps cash tips only read more

Excellent massage and reasonably priced. My daughter and I have had both reflexology and full body massage. They check in to assure comfort and happiness! read more

I've enjoyed Sun Reflexology on 877 Post Road for the leg and foot reflexology sessions many times over the last 2 plus years. I have introduced several friends who have also really enjoyed their reflexology sessions. The atmosphere is very relaxing, comfortable clean and friendly. Most of the practitioners I experienced were very skilled. They provide a bottle of water with your service and create a relaxing atmosphere by supporting a quiet, dimly lit environment. The pricing is reasonable and we'll worth the experience. Treat body snd mind to a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable experience. You will be surprised how just the reflexology can positively affect your entire body! read more

Walked in to see if I could schedule an appointment for a foot massage. The man I'm assuming owner said It was too busy right now so I asked when the next time was and he proceeded to yell in my face. I am happy I didn't even get the chance to get an appointment here. RUDE and I watched him be rude to paying costumers while standing and waiting. Do not go give them your money read more

This is the best legitimate therapeutic massage spa in Connecticut. This ambiance is relaxing and the rooms are nicely decorated and clean. All of the masseuses are friendly, professional and highly skilled. I strongly recommend this spa. read more

I love sun reflexology! I'd go every day if I could! Not expensive and everyone's massages have been great!!

My wife and I went there last Friday. The environment and service are good, and the masseur is also very experienced. They will adjust appropriately according to my requirements. At the same time, they will also ask me whether I need a male technician or a female technician before the massage. I like to be more powerful or smaller. My family is very satisfied with this service. read more

Very relaxing foot massage. Been here twice and to other places as well and will definitely return here.

They're great, quick and efficient, as is customary (don't let it come off as rude to you) and they usually use good pressure. I like strong pressure, and although both can feel nice, I much prefer the pressure point reflexology, not the foot massage where they just rub. One star lost because, depending on what you like, your reflexologist can be hit or miss. (**Stressing**what YOU like) My suggestion is to tell then up front what you like, and try going a few times to find one that hits you the right way. Then ask for them by name-and you'll always leave getting what you need. Even though I have left disappointed by the style of massage from a given person on any day--not enough pressure, to much rubbing--I continue to go and give 4 stars because the price is right, the right person will give me a great service, and the relaxation of just laying in the chair, justified. I just keep going back! Treat yourself to 30-60 mins of foot reflexology and it will totally change your day. Choose Sun because they're courteous and professional, they get you in quick, and it's possible to find a reflexologist who really knows they're stiff. You get a pretty good deal overall. Don't forget, tips are expected! Never tried other types of massages there so I cannot comment, though I feel all of the above would be similarly true. I just keep going back, it's like Westport's best kept relaxation secret. Maybe if more went, road rage wouldn't be so common. read more

This is my favorite place for self care. The staff is knowledgeable and skilled. It's so relaxing and I always float out of there.

I was going here religiously for almost a year and a half. This afternoon I went and the masseuse took my necklace off kid massage. I forgot to put it back on before I left. An hour later , when I was at home , I realized I had forgotten my necklace. This necklace by the way is a Tiffany's diamond key necklace. More important to me than my wedding ring. I called them asking if they found a necklace and I was treated with such disregard. They said they found no necklace and OH SORRY, WELL JUST TAKE YOUR NUMBER. TWO PEOPLE WENT INTO ROOM AFTER YOU SO MAYBE THEY TOOK OR. And that was it. MY husband ended up going there after work to be treated very poorly and dismissed. I will be bringing police there tomorrow but I want everyone to know that you can not trust this business with your personal belongings. And the customer service was beyond disgusting . read more

My husband and I have been going to both locations regularly for three years. I had severe back problems and do not know where I would be without Sun. They are a God send. Once I left a very expensive necklace behind and they called me and told me to come pick it up. They are honest and wonderful. read more

I went here last Sunday for the first time for a 30 min Swedish massage with my husband who had a gift card, and daughter. Were all asked if we cared if we had a male or female. None of us cared so I had the male. I have had massages before and always relaxing but this was not. Almost as soon as he started I knew he was massaging much too hard for me, almost felt more like what a deep tissue massage might be. I had to tell him multiple times he was pressing/massaging too hard on back, shoulders, etc. Each time it was better for a few minutes, then had to tell him again. Thank goodness it was only 1/2 hour, almost felt like stopping but keep hoping he would lighten up. Just me thought, husband and daughter fine with the females so two stars instead of 1. I have to say I LOVE this place, I've been coming here for years. The only thing I wish is that it smelled better. I'm too embarrassed to say anything to them, but can you please air the place out, buy some smell good candles or spray a nice smelling spray. I don't think they realize it because they are in there all day. I've even had friends I know also mention this to me so it's not just me. Please- make it smell better in there. After a year of not going because of Covid, I noticed the same smell and I'm not sure I can keep doing it. read more

Last weekend we visited friends in CT who suggested Sun Reflexology as an excellent spa. My wife and I each had 1 hour foot massages that were so relaxing. My masseuse was very friendly and professional and gave me wonderful massage for the full hour. I was very pleased. The price was reasonable and the spa was luxurious and very clean. I highly recommend Sun Reflexology. read more

I was able to give up my mani-pedi habit, but not this establishments' services during C-19. I visit three times a week for THE BEST chair and foot massage that brings me true serenity.
