I called Thursday afternoon and they got us in for a Friday morning appointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone going for the first time as they don't take any information. They didn't even take my name and phone number upon scheduling appointment. There was no question of gender preference nor any paperwork to complete when we arrived to specify what we like, don't like, any places we want focused on, or injuries/pain. We got there, they brought us to the room and just told us to go in and shut the door and walked out. We didn't know whether they were ready for us to get undressed or if they were coming back, it was alittle uncomfortable as every other place we went to introduced themselves and reviewed with us what we were looking for before instructing us that they would leave the room so we can prepare. Here we just got dropped in the room with no instruction. Luckily, we were the only ones there because while we lay naked on the bed with only half our bottoms covered they would open the door and walk out of the room for the hot towels and stones. Overall, it was a good experience just not personalized and probably not the best place for a first timer.
