Part way through my massage I was "asked" to change to 60 minutes because they had overbooked. Everytime someone would come in the front door, a loud bell would ring, and my therapist would leave the room to go and greet them. At one point another therapist came into my massage room to discuss the issue of the overbooking with my therapist in front of me. I was offered no accommodation for the inconvenience. I do not have the opportunity to receive a massage often, and this would have been my first time receiving 90 minutes. I am very disappointed in their unprofessionalism.

She escorted me to the back and gave me directions on what will happen next. You can choose from 4 different aromas you can choose from, which were love good, do good, live good , or sleep good. I was able to mix two of the aromas, such great scents. My masseuse's name was Frandy he was awesome, very kind, polite and knowledgeable. I've been a few times & although it was never near one of the better massages I've received, it was enough for the low price (only reason I didn't give 1 star which was more appropriate due to my experience). My issues/concerns are ... They use lotion from a jar which is very unsanitary for them to dip their fingers into this jar w/each client. They don't use paper coverings for the face placement on the table & I can't help but feel they don't wash all of their linens after each client. The masseuse instantly starts the deep tissue massage prior to 'warming' up your muscles. The worst part about my experience today is ... I tipped 20% & the woman @ the desk tapped the counter & asked me to put an additional $5 down. The fact that I tipped 20% is irrelevant in this situation. This is such inappropriate & unprofessional behavior. Once she saw the shock look on my face, she smiled as if that softens her inexcusable request. Unfortunately, I will never go to this business again & will recommend others refrain as well.

The setup at this one is typical. The people were nice enough. There is a definite language barrier and I always do my best to communicate exactly what it is I'm looking for and make sure there is clarity on the services being provided. Given this, I went in to try the 60 minute body work session. I asked if this included full body and feet and they said yes. Barely. The guy had absolutely no technique or skill and I could tell he did not know what he was doing or how to properly asses where the muscle tension was or how to properly massage. I had to basically direct the entire massage and it was hardly relaxing. They did not include the feet, barely did the arms and didn't even do a turnaround during the session. No head or face, no reflex stretching, no reflexology.... On another note, they tried to upsell this $5 add on for "essential oils," which was literally a jar of Crisco Coconut Oil that I wouldn't even use for cooking. If you're wondering, this isn't the properly refined version of coconut body massage oil - you can literally find this Crisco jar on the grocery store shelf. Gross. Anyway, the 60 minutes cost $40 + tip. I MIGHT give this place another shot and ask for a different massage therapist or just try the regular chair reflexology session, which they had multiple chairs lined up for and seems like their main service. Advantages: the place was clean. Good, quiet location. Convenient parking. Inexpensive prices. Seems like nice staff. If I ever go back, I'll post an update.
