We don't have any complaints about the massage itself or the cleanliness of the room. We appreciate that they got us in so fast. I called Thursday afternoon and they got us in for a Friday morning appointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone going for the first time as they don't take any information. They didn't even take my name and phone number upon scheduling appointment. There was no question of gender preference nor any paperwork to complete when we arrived to specify what we like, don't like, any places we want focused on, or injuries/pain. We got there, they brought us to the room and just told us to go in and shut the door and walked out. We didn't know whether they were ready for us to get undressed or if they were coming back, it was alittle uncomfortable as every other place we went to introduced themselves and reviewed with us what we were looking for before instructing us that they would leave the room so we can prepare. Here we just got dropped in the room with no instruction. Luckily, we were the only ones there because while we lay naked on the bed with only half our bottoms covered they would open the door and walk out of the room for the hot towels and stones. Overall, it was a good experience just not personalized and probably not the best place for a first timer.

Nothing too fancy. Just simple. Calm. Peaceful. I went today for the first time and wasn't disappointed. Very open minded and welcoming atmosphere with a lovely masseuse! I personally called beforehand and as soon as I walked through the door, everything was prepped. I truthfully aim to go back as soon as possible! I think the thing that moved my rating up to 5/5 stars is the fact the woman who was giving me my massage was so incredibly kind and she did an amazing job too! I've been a few times & although it was never near one of the better massages I've received, it was enough for the low price (only reason I didn't give 1 star which was more appropriate due to my experience). My issues/concerns are ... They use lotion from a jar which is very unsanitary for them to dip their fingers into this jar w/each client. They don't use paper coverings for the face placement on the table & I can't help but feel they don't wash all of their linens after each client. The masseuse instantly starts the deep tissue massage prior to 'warming' up your muscles. The worst part about my experience today is ... I tipped 20% & the woman @ the desk tapped the counter & asked me to put an additional $5 down. The fact that I tipped 20% is irrelevant in this situation. This is such inappropriate & unprofessional behavior. Once she saw the shock look on my face, she smiled as if that softens her inexcusable request. Unfortunately, I will never go to this business again & will recommend others refrain as well.
