It's up to you if you want to buy their packages and what not or you can pay as you go, which is my personal preference. You can "claim" a $30 off first visit voucher on their website. The use of the word "claim" was helpful to me the specific day I visited in unraveling the bit of the Matrix I found myself untangling. Turns out everything is a claim, so I gladly claimed the $30 on the first visit as a preview to my new reality.

And if you are a current member, do yourself a HUGE favor and keep a detailed…read morerunning record of how many unused session you have: my wife and I forfeited a number of prepaid sessions in '24-'26 because we were never told how many sessions were at risk of being lost before the year ended and so never used them... they took at least $1,000 from us without any services rendered, as atleast 8 sessions were unused without ever warning us UNTIL we canceled our memberships and the front desk slipped and shared this information. And yet the owner wants to $0.05 and $0.10 you and play games with your owed sessions! That's just one of far too many instances of poor or no communication between the customer and the business or between itself!! Far too many instances of promises made and never kept such as make up sessions for cancellations that were then counted as a second massage; masseuses "not being aware" that we had split a 90 minute session to extend another 90 minute into 2 hours and only delivering a 1 hour massage; of booking 2 hour sessions in advance to have them canceled the day of or day before because "its too much for the masseuse"; or instances of appointments booked weeks in advance only to be canceled at the last moment! But the worst part of this place is: The owner! Masseuses would call out and rarely was a plan in place to cover them and provide the session that you had booked ahead of time and paid for. If we canceled the day of, we'd forfeit the session AND have to pay a cancellation fee. This spa routinely cancels the day of and there's almost never recompense to you for your lost time or troubles. One of the very few times where an option was provided for a call out, was uncomfortable and unprofessional to say the least: I had booked a V-D day couples massage 7 weeks in advance, 2 hours before our session, the owner calls my wife to say that one of the two masseuses had called out and that she was going to replace them with a male, which my wife had adamantly refused multiple times in the past and had a note on file about never wanting a male masseuse. The owner (Robyn) asks my wife "Would it help if I told you that he is gay?" After catching herself from blowing up, my wife said it would change nothing and that his preferences were no one's business, Robyn then asks if "your husband would be willing to have him" which prompted my wife to say "if you look at his file he too has stated he doesn't want a male masseuse so no!" This prompted us to cancel our membership after weeks of deliberating. We suspended our accounts to catch up on the accumulated number of unused sessions. It took FOUR EMAILS to finally get a response and acknowledgement!! We eventually received an email stating that they, the owner had been out of state and that on return they would process our request. It took A FIFTH email to get confirmation, but were told that we had to pay for two more months before we could cancel: one to unsuspend the accounts and another to cancel. After some back and forth, the owner states that she would, "as a courtesy", waive the second month charge. We were given 30 days to use 6 and 10 sessions for myself and my wife respectively. This was extended another 30 days for my wife due to many of the usual shenanigans from this place with cancellations or 2 hour sessions ending after only 1 hour. Tonight, after receiving an email from the desk confirming tomorrow's session, my wife received a phone call from the desk stating that she has only one session remaining and not 2, and then spends over 30 minutes arguing with them on the correct number of remaining. My wife then received a text message from the owner claiming that they had to use one of the booked sessions to cover the cost of the masseuse that had been booked for my wife for a session my wife never had because she was at work and in a dead zone when a confirmation message was sent.... So rather than calling her when a response was not received, they claim she NC/NS on a session, which was never confirmed. This owner is a thief and liar. I've often seen her sitting in the lobby chatting, but she will never approach you in person to address your concerns instead working through text or email where, "its safer?" She has no idea how to do what her team does and clearly cannot work the front desk, as she'll make deals with customers and then forget to tell the front desk who then knows nothing about them or "never saw the notes she left". It's now 9:30 on a Sunday evening and she's texting my wife. Rather than being an adult and a professional and CALLING her to speak directly, she's texting her, long after when these conversations should have occurred - 6 hours ago: By waiting to have the conversation at 930pm, she's now claiming my wife is providing less than 24 hours notice if she doesn't accept the session at 530pm tomorrow and forfeiting the session. The BBB and home office will be getting calls...

He took the extra time of his day to show me stretches and exercises that would specifically help my problem areas. I only paid for one hour and when he went 20min to make sure everything was done he did at no extra cost. It's a no frills super chill place will cool vibes. I've now been 3x since I moved to Fairfield a few months ago and I'll go to Scott from now on. I can call last minute and get an appointment and an hour or two later I feel like I'm walking on clouds. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER :) :)
