Before, you would have to sign in at the Clipboard. A petite Vitnamese woman, who spoke hardly any English, did my Pedicure. She rocked a beautiful Green Christmas Pedicure. She was so nice, she gave me a nice Leg Massage and Foot Massage. I was totally relaxed and she noticed. Lol I decided to get Christmas Colors of Red and White on my Toe Nails. When I told the Nail Tech what I wanted, she seemed confused but she got it right. I was pleased with the result. They also have nice Christmas Decor. See my Pictures. I noticed, when I was heading out, the Kiosk was ready for me to check out. That was a nice gesture. I also got clarification on the Stamp Card. It's one stamp no matter how many services you get in one visit. So, hurry to the Galaxy. I mean the Galaxy Nail Bar to get your Pedi just in time for the Christmas Holidays.

As my nail tech started on the gel base coat, I actually had to ask, did you already do the manicure and cuticles, etc., because I had dry skin and misshapen nails with jagged edges. She seemed surprised that I asked, but then fixed things, to some extent. The color was fine, and the massage was the usual 30-second massage most places give you with a gel manicure. Overall, worst gel manicure I've received in a long, long time. The gel pedicure was much better than the manicure, though not good enough to make me return to this nail salon. It was pretty empty inside--lots of chairs, but not a lot of clients. It's got an elegant appearance, though. On a positive note, they were able to take me on short notice.

My nails are way too thick, badly shaped, and just overall terrible in appearance. During the process, the dip powder started to bubble, and instead of fixing it, she blamed me--saying I messed them up, even though I hadn't touched anything. While filing, every time I flinched or pulled back because it hurt, she kept saying I was "scared." No, lady, you were hurting me! She even laughed and told me not to look, but how could I not when she was doing such a terrible job? To top it off, the designs are awful. My fingers literally look like candy corn. Safe to say, I won't be coming back! Too expensive for a poor job.

She began to painfully scrape of the polish and at that point I let her finish a basic pedicure with French tip gel. My 5 year old daughter got her first pedicure ever and they kept getting upset with her that it tickled her feet. My cousin only got a clear toe when she also asked for French tip. They wanted to charge $190 for their mediocre service and unwelcoming behavior. We were held hostage until police arrived because I refused to pay by card. I still paid $120 for their service because I'm kind enough to do so. My family and I will never go here again and neither should you!!

Went yesterday to get a new dip set, my nail had broken that morning also, so I wanted a replacement tip. The guy who did them didn't wash his hands after he smoked a cigarette and got down to do my nails. The cuticles weren't trimmed. I asked for white white with white shimmer. The white isn't super white and it has colorful glitter instead. The nail that broke wasn't filed down at all, he just added a tip to it. There's black fuzz from the brushes they use to dust off, it's obvious when nails are white and black fuzz. He used four layers so they're pretty thick, usually 3 are used? And they're all a little uneven. He was a great conversationalist but I'm pretty sure I won't be going back, it was mediocre at the very least.
