Not only funny and enjoyable, but talented and responds to the client's wishes. I had been traumatized by a previous makeup failure and the makeup artist who backed out 30 days before my wedding! Sara took such good care of me, and absolutely smashed the natural, "no makeup makeup" look that I was going for. My hair was also gorgeous, by Sara. My bridesmaids and officiant also looked absolutely stunning. The salon is also a lovely place: roomy not crowded, quiet and peaceful not loud and aggressive, and all of the staff were *so* very kind and friendly! Very welcoming and pleasant place. My new favorite salon!

I was really trying not to write a review because I genuinely like this salon for hair, but…read moreunfortunately, my experience getting my nails done was very disappointing. I paid around $100 for my nails, and I've been trying to live with them for the past three days, but they look so bad that I'm actually going to another nail salon today to have them fixed. I even helped remove my old nails before she started because she was having difficulty removing them, yet I was still charged for the removal. I also asked if we could do a specific design, which was simply cheetah print and some lines, and was told they couldn't do it because they didn't have the supplies. I completely understand if a salon doesn't offer a particular design, but the quality of the nails I received was still extremely disappointing. Honestly, my 12-year-old niece could have done a better job. I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially for a salon I otherwise enjoy for hair, but for nearly $100, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I would not recommend getting your nails done here.

The haircut was uneven and looked rushed, even though I specifically asked for a simple, clean cut.But the biggest issue was the highlights - they came out far too dark and did not match the shade I d discussed with Ame.I wanted a brighter, more vibrant look, but my hair ended up looking dull and flat. I asked Ame, to fix haircut and highlights, and I scheduled two follow-up up appointments with her, but she cancelled both appointments. For the service I received, I was expecting much more attention to detail , I left feeling I could have gotten better results at a much cheapest salon.i won't be returning.
