I paid around $100 for my nails, and I've been trying to live with them for the past three days, but they look so bad that I'm actually going to another nail salon today to have them fixed. I even helped remove my old nails before she started because she was having difficulty removing them, yet I was still charged for the removal. I also asked if we could do a specific design, which was simply cheetah print and some lines, and was told they couldn't do it because they didn't have the supplies. I completely understand if a salon doesn't offer a particular design, but the quality of the nails I received was still extremely disappointing. Honestly, my 12-year-old niece could have done a better job. I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially for a salon I otherwise enjoy for hair, but for nearly $100, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I would not recommend getting your nails done here.

I scheduled my appointment for a haircut with Ray and she definitely helped me tame my thick, frizzy and curly hair. She gave recommendations but never made me feel like I had to give into them. I decided to do a deep conditioning treatment and I am so so happy I did. I never knew my hair could be so smooth! I also love the fact that they use AVEDA products; I've always wanted to try them out and I'm a believer now. I will definitely be back and recommend this salon to anyone who is looking to treat themselves, their scalp and their hair. I'd love to try out some of their skin treatments - if I do, I'm sure I'll also leave a positive review :) Thank you so much for helping me feel confident and beautiful!!

I had a haircut with Leah, and would highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable and gave me so many tips on how to get my hair looking more voluminous since it's been getting thin in my older age. Not only was the advice very helpful, my shampooing included some scalp massaging that I felt made the experience feel luxurious and relaxing. I have never had that before while getting a cut. I feel the cut itself really hit what I was looking for, and also is suitable for my specific hair. It feels so good! Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my whole experience. Thank you Leah and team!

The woman who owns this place is extremely disrespectful to young learners new to hair, also kinda…read morethinking they hire people straight out of cosmo school just for the cheap extra help but they don't help them get clients or let them do peoples hair (dye and bleach) and then later on will fire them for no good reason, she has told young learners that she sees no hope for their career and does not trust them to do hair, mind you they have NEVER messed up on someone's hair and has only produced good results. So no I do NOT recommend this place it has terrible management and the owner is a money hungry woman who has no heart. please choose a different salon do not support this one that takes advantage of young learners eager to start their career. Also when I personally met her I automatically got a cold vibe, she did not introduce herself she looked at me and said "oh". Sorry let me add that she has never concerned herself to voice to the learner time to take their lunches or breaks. RESPONSE EDIT://then you know what I know, straight disrespectful for a teacher to say someone won't be successful in this career, she poured time and effort, went to cosmo school and yet you don't know what it truly means to help and instead you beat her down. And yes you didn't "let her go" you told her she can still come in on Sundays to help clean. Crazy!!!! Yeah you might have "standards" at ur salon but you should be ashamed not prideful you have said nasty things to her and I really do not appreciate that, we are all human you could've helped her and you chose not to. A good teacher takes on and helps new learners not experienced ones who already know what they're doing so yes you took full advantage of a learner and used her to clean up after all your messes but didn't give her the time of day to show you what she can really do. She has done my hair countless times and everytime has come out flawless so not sure where you get your opinions of her from. Thanks for ur time and learn to take some accountability.

Last week I made a mistake and wrote down my appointment time incorrectly. I thought it was at 12:00 when it was actually at 11:00. At 11:30, the salon called to let me know I had missed my appointment and immediately charged my credit card $160. I completely understand missing an appointment is frustrating and I take responsibility for getting the time wrong. What was disappointing was there was zero willingness to work with me, despite my history as a long-standing, reliable client. I offered several solutions as I only live 5 minutes away.  My appointments always take several hours so I suggested skipping my haircut and still coming in for my highlights. Lainee admitted she had double booked my appointment so at noon she was going to start highlights on her 2nd client (while my hair processed). I then offered to come in later when the other client's color was processing for my haircut (the original plan when she double booked us), but she told me that it no longer worked for her. I get I made a mistake, but at this point it just felt like charging me a $160 fee was more important. I spent the following week trying to speak with Monique, the owner, hoping we could find a reasonable solution. A $160 fee is a significant charge, especially when there were options available to work with me, but after waiting 5 days for her to call me back I've realized this isn't a business I want to continue supporting anyway. There are too many great salons in the Broomfield area that provide great service AND appreciate their clients.

I went back to get them touched up a year later and she was out of the color she originally used. She didn't tell me this before she started tattooing and it was more red and the shape was completely different. She used hard strokes instead of feathering. I need to get them touched up again and will not be going back. Definitely don't recommend. Darnell, thank you for reaching out. I am writing a review now because I need to get my eyebrows fixed. I actually came in 3 times. The second time I came in was for touch up's and I was charged even though I shouldn't have been. Despite this, I came back a third time. You absolutely told me that you didn't have the same color as my first appointment but "it was basically the same." I didn't come back for my touch up the second time because I thought you would charge me again. I've attached a photo. I appreciate your edit noting that touch ups are required. As I said before, I did go back after about a year. Unfortunately, as you can see from the photo, the shape is uneven and looks blocky instead of natural. Additionally, the color doesn't match my natural brows. From the photo I posted, do you stand behind this work? I've gotten a few other recommendations and will need laser removal (which isn't guaranteed because of the red tones.) My intent posting this review is that others are aware of the lack of consideration taken for a permanent service. My eyebrows do not look good; even though they have faded, you can not argue the shape or why there is no color in the middle. Not to mention I was overcharged and never offered a chance to book the 4 week touch up. I'm sure your other services are great, but I would not recommend micro blading.
