The lighting and the French music playing overhead also lend themself to the unique experience. Nothing changes, while everything else in the area is losing its rural character, you can go into Cliffs and reminisce the old days on the North Fork. I was there many times with my husband and friends and it feels like yesterday. I hope it always stays the same. To top it off, I had a slice of the chocolate cake for dessert.
