Everything is good. I've ordered many prepared dishes, chicken fingers being my favorite. The price is the same as Lombardis. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. read more

So nice to find a very clean meat market with excellent meats on the east end. Drawback is city prices that keep people from coming in regularly. Contrastingly, their deli side is more reasonable with limited but excellent choices like their Philly steak sandwich and brisket/short rib burger. WOWZA!!! Yesterday we got what were probably the best burgers I've ever had in my life. I would have written this review earlier, but I was throwing out my cooler which I have used for years to bring meat from Lobel's out to the North Fork. Perhaps I acted a bit too rashly as I should be using that cooler now to bring meat from Center Cuts back to the City. The meat at Center Cuts is truly that spectacular! Hope you're sitting down because I want to tell you that all the salads and sides we got there were truly as fab as the meat! And, if you're like me, when you're finished with what is a truly epic meal courtesy of Center Cuts, you're going to have to pinch yourself to make sure you aren't dreaming because it's hard to imagine anything that unreal delicious in real life, let alone on the North Fork! Stopped in the other day to grab some late lunch. Interesting place with a split personality...butcher shop is top end Manhattan quality and price.. Sandwich counter, conversely, is a great price/value. Frizzeled onions are an amazing side. Only mild qualm on the hero sandwiches....especially the Italian ... is the bread. Bland, soft and plain. I'm looking for crusty Italian bread with sesame seeds. We'll be back....looking forward to their burgers. read more

Fairly new place in Mattituck.. but the layout of the store is disorganized. You have workers just standing around, doing nothing and then you have workers who are actually helpful. There was no line for the meat section, just call your order out. I ordered a sandwich: The Fuhgeddaboudit. Literally Fuhgeddaboudit. Though it was a large portion, it wasn't even that great. The sandwich needed more vinegar to mask the salty taste of the meats and plus, it felt more like a sandwich that was easy to make. I won't come back here again. read more

The staff is extremely helpful. The quality of the prime beef is excellent. I haven't ordered any sandwiches - just prime meat. Porterhouses, skirt steak, and ribs. This is a huge improvement to the north fork culinary scene. It should be a huge success. read more

Ordered a roast beef sandwich for lunch. The meat was over cooked and had no flavor. It was a terrible sandwich. 14.00 with a soda, it should have been fantastic. We definitely need a business like this here and it could be a gold mine. It just needs to step it up. I hope it does well. I will try to buy some meats there for another try. I was at a party this weekend. They made a Philly Cheese steak hero. It could have been the best 3 foot hero ever. Also had a chicken cutlet with roasted red pepper3 foot hero. It was phenomenal. I would recommend this place to everyone who is ordering hero's and food to cater a party. read more

So updating my review now that I have tried numerous things Hands down best porterhouse steak in history, better than Peter Luger's. Have now tried quite a few of their marinated items - not standouts in my opinion (shrimp, beef kebabs and wings). On a whim tried some corn that was rolled in things like cheetos - why I tried this is beyond me (not sure what i was thinking), let's just say pass on this one. Overall amazing meats - superior - for my liking, not impressed with the prepared foods. Really great staff, very helpful, place is spotless. Pricey but worth every penny from our experience. PS Not a hot dog person but they have a killer kobe beef hot dog (who knew there are designer hot dogs) to die for... insane. read more

Wow!!! My girlfriend and I have been here a couple of times. We had the marinated sirloin steak, pearl hot dogs and lobster filet mignon roll. Everything exceeded our expectations. The workers were very helpful and friendly. The meat was spot on. Excited to go back in the future. read more
