Justin's Chop Shop Read this review! I bought a 2 inch Rib Eye Steak on the bone. Justin the owner served me, I remember because it was my first experience. I normally shop at the Fish Market next door and the cheese shop next door. The steak came out to 80 dollars and I also got a free Greek Chips he was selling as well. I remember I was upset because that evening I had a work emergency and ended up freezing that expensive steak. I recently found it I'm my deep freezer two months later and thawed it, seasoned it with sea salt and fresh pepper and grilled it. I am a private chef I should know a great cut of meat. This steak was absolutely delicious and I cooked it to perfection. It was so delicious that the dog was growling as he normally gets the bone. It's Daddy's Bone! What a nice store! Stopped in for a freshly made smashburger after hearing about them and we ended up getting the "signature burger" and "Justin's burger". Was very surprised when they came out so small literally like sliders. At $12 a piece, even though they came with some fries, I thought the price was high. I do understand we're paying a premium for a burger from a quality butcher but probably wouldn't order again. Although very tasty! Loved the chopped pickles. They have a nice selection of gluten free pasta products from Italy which I hadn't seen before. Got a few of those and some pickles, chips and sauces too. So, I only write a review if a place is really bad or really good. We have a large BBQ several times during the summer and maybe once in the fall. I buy a huge amount of food for these events and my son in law and I cook everything off. ( turkey for burgers, hot sausages, pork chops, boneless chicken thighs, potato pancakes and zucchini pancakes). The food is amazing and the order is always ready and complete. The guys behind the counter are beyond excellent. Justin and his wife treat everyone as if they were best friends. There are plenty of options to buy your food but way bother. Just go to Justin's Chop Shop and order what you need and sit back and let the kids cook the food or your guy and have a shot of tequila. read more

Just went in to grab lunch from the new salad bar...it was practically empty..unlike the salad bar at Schmidts in Quogue which is large and full..bought a small container of lomein noodles and brussel sprouts it was $18.. no prices on anything...I guess that's fine for the summer crowd I wont return..cant wait for Citarella in Westhampton to open...even they will be less expensive. read more

Is the @MillRoadCheese shop owned by Justin's? It's right next door and new to WH. I heard about it by a friend who said "You have to go. It is so good for the community." It's football playoffs so my husband and I went to Justin's Chop Shop then @MillRoadCheese Shop and we are set for two playoff games today. Bought everything for a charcuterie board (cheese, dried fruit, nuts, crackers, sausage) and they even have the board if needed. Great complement to its neighbor where we bought hot dogs, chicken and fixings for chili. It's going to be a good day. read more

I used to shop occasionally at the old Justin's location. The meat was always fresh and you could tell it was very high quality. However, I went to the New location last week and... WOW! The store is absolutely gorgeous. I bought a ton of prepared food along with things for me to cook. They had salads, sushi and premade sandwiches which are perfect when I want to run out and grab something before heading to the beach or on my lunch break. It's transformed into more of a market where all of your needs are met. I don't have to go anywhere for anything else! They are also taking suggestions for what people want! The best butcher shop in the area (but we already knew that). Love their marinated skirt steak, sausage wheels, and chicken burgers. THEN today for the first time I ordered sandwiches online through their app. Wow -- quite possibly the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life!! Generous portions of meat, melty cheese, chewy/crispy fresh baguettes. We will probably start ordering these at least once a week for lunch now. I was lucky enough to get pretty spoiled here. Took home a huge bag filled with marinated skirt steak, sweet sausages, bone in AND out rib eye, minced chicken burger patties, housemade avocado dip, bleu cheese dip, pan de oro tortilla chips, and the fresh-off -the-farm romaine. Cooked the sausage and skirt steak so far: The amount of herbs and spices in the sweet sausage is incredible. Cooked the skirt steak as rare as I could at home, and it was worth the effort!! Justin is top notch. Always very attentive to his customers and will always go out of his way to please you! If you're in a rush which I usually am I always grab the turkey meatballs which are in the fridge when you walk in. Another quick grab are his pumpkin ravioli, sadly I believe those are seasonal. The reason I drive over a half hour every week is for the marinated skirt steak. IT IS THE BEST THING. I now will never order steak out to eat being that I'm always disappointed. Definitely worth going out of your way for! The burgers are made fresh per order and are mouthwatering. The chicken bruschetta is just as good.
