The dress was actually now shorter on one side because of the sloppy stitching and gave it a waveform appearance even when worn. The lines were uneven, it was extremely difficult to get this new large visible zipper to even move correctly although it was converted to a visible zipper to make it easier. Despite approaching openly and calmly for a refund, Magda was extremely cruel, immediately angry, and shouting at me. She kept shouting that there was absolutely nothing wrong AND that she could fix it....I was stunned to my core. I told her I wasn't comfortable proceeding with her. She said she could not give me a refund because she had no money to give, and told me to return in two days (all while shouting to also leave her shop). A kind patron felt very sorry for me and I was grateful this was witnessed. I returned with my fiancé and we were fortunately able to receive a refund via check. Maybe she is only comfortable shouting at women. We have supported this shop for 7 years, this will be our last time. You shouldn't treat people this way, it is shameful and unkind.
