OMG what an amazing find! Loved it. Did some drinks at Happy Hour and then decided to stay for dinner and so glad we did. They had a great craft beer tap list and we caught the end of happy hour. We stopped here after a Toronto Blue Jay Spring training game and had an amazing dinner for a super reasonable price. We had the Crispy Brussels Sprouts as an appetizer and they had great flavor and were prepared perfectly. I had the Brisket Grilled Cheese and it was freaking amazing. I'm not sure if they smoke their BBQ on site but it certainly tasted like it. We also ordered the Cheesy Risotto cake and loved it. Clearly way too much food but man was it good. It was a Monday night but boy was it busy. We were able to score a table outside since it was a nice night in late February. First time here on Friday night. Kate was our server, and Steven is the manager. I never send food back to the kitchen, but the newly added lobster roll, was not good. We'd just paid for our drinks at the very efficient bar, and taken a few sips, when our table was ready. Our server was very pleasant and pretty efficient. For our meals this time around I got the Grouper Florentine. What a great combination of flavors, with fresh spinach and a fantastic sauce. Although the service was friendly and prompt, shortly after returning home I became extremely ill with what can only be described as food poisoning. I ordered gluten free mushroom flatbread, I ate half of, and a glass of wine, which I didn't drink. I have eaten at Clear sky in Dunedin many times and not experienced any problems. We were looking for a late afternoon place for dinner and found this on Yelp. The inside was very cold, so we chose the outdoor seating, which turned out to be very nice. Their beer menu has a nice variety from which to choose. Our server arrived quickly and took our drink order. The menu has a large amount of appetizers, salads, burgers, handhelds, pizza and entrees. Mac and cheese is also a big menu item and you can build your own. We decided to share the deviled egg appetizer, which came within minutes of ordering. The eggs were fresh and were good, but I couldn't taste the horseradish at all. I settled on the pulled pork sandwich with fries. Again, food came quickly and looked good. The fries were crispy and hot, so I enjoyed them. The brioche bun was fresh, and the pulled pork was tender, but the sandwich was cold, and had barely a tablespoon of bbq sauce on it. We have been going to clear sky for several years now and tonight was the worst it has ever been ! the bartenders ignored us because we weren't known .. my husband had most of meal gone before the waiter asked if everything was ok . wasn't served water had to ask . Wednesday night 7pm dinner: Three old friends just very hungry and not acting our age! The place was clean and cute. Our waitress was very young but attentive and kind to her 3 old customers (ha!). We ordered soft drinks and 3 appetizers for starters. The hot appetizers came out hot and fresh and the deviled eggs were yummy...but we looked at each other and said "darn these appetizers are good!" (or something similar to that - ha!). We had breakfast here this morning. (Two adults and a very cute dog). Our waitress was helpful, attentive and kind. Recommending drinks and helping us order just what we wanted including bacon for the pup. The breakfast tacos were huge and yummy the add on avocado made it perfect.
