This is my first time here, but I must say that I am rather impressed. Prior to my appointment here I've been seeing my former optometrist for many years. So this was a big change. Dr Kim is very nice and his staff is incredibly helpful. The office is absolutely spotless, with new equipment that appears to be the most modern and up-to-date available. He was able to fit me with contacts that have so far improved my vision. I will post a follow up review after next week's check up appointment. The office is easy to locate in one of the busiest shopping centers in Temecula so it's convenient if you want to go to Target or go shopping at Vons. Also there's a really good sushi place near here so that's a big plus. read more

I won a free exam on a local FB page. I was excited and have put this off for years for lots of reasons. From the minute I walked in I was comfortable and so happy to see the Dr. answering the phone. Beautiful office, super clean, and modern. Im not positive but seem to take many insurances. Tons of choices on frames and the price was excellent! This was the best exam I've ever had. Super easy, thorough and they don't use the eye blowy test! Dr. Kim was awesome. He was friendly and professional. I hate getting my eyes examined but he put me at ease. I can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants what's best for us opposed to trying to sell us the most expensive box. He suggested the right brand for my lifestyle and to top it off they were cheaper than my usual Acevue brand. The office was clean and beautiful! Dr. Kim and his staff are so amazing and respectful. I was sent to him by my insurance company. After my appointment and picking out my glasses Dr. Kim offered to fit me for contacts without an appointment. He, also, gave me a sample pair of contacts, solution, and a contact case for free. He explained my glasses would not be in for a while due to the current Covid crisis. He wanted to be sure I had something so I could see until then because I had nothing (Lasik years ago). Despite my daughter insisting on getting glasses for esthetics, Dr. Kim was honest and let me know my son was the only one who could really use glasses and not my other children. I had a great experience here! The staff is professional and accommodating and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were all prompt with their response time and gave me a warm hello when I arrived. The facility is clean, modern, and fresh. Dr. Kim was so down to the Earth and took his time with the eye exam. I have never had an eye exam before and after reading the yelp reviews, I decided to come to Clear Sight. I scheduled my appointment and the front desk girl Meagan was amazing! She figured out what my insurance would cover and when we realized my vision care did not cover the exam, she contacted my regular insurance provider and found out they did. I saw Dr. Kim and he was great! I had a thorough exam and he asked me to grab my cell phone and open a text message so I did. He then asked me to look at it again through the lenses that I would need. Wow!!!! My mind was blown!!!! I didn't realize how bad my eye sight actually was. We had a laugh about that and then I went to see Peggy to pick out my first pair of glasses. They have a wide variety and I picked a pair. After going home and getting feedback from friends and family, I learned that eye glasses style is totally different the sunglasses style. I called quickly and asked if they could put the order on hold so I could try on some more styles. I know... I I was THAT person :-/. Thankfully that hadn't submitted my order and they were able to do that. I came back and with the help of a friend was able to pick out a perfect pair of glasses. They were very kind out my indecisiveness and I really appreciated that. I'll get my glasses in a few weeks and I can't wait to see like I did in Dr. Kim's office! I was somewhat apprehensive during my search since I have been very content with my original eye doctor for many years. Due to his retirement, the search began. Dr. Kim was awesome with my 3 year old. I had a bad experience with an optometrist with my 6 year old, so I have been a bit of an eye doctor snob when it comes to who we see. Dr. Kim's office had a great special going on, so I decided to give him a shot when it came to checking my 3 year olds eyes. He was so gentle and patient with my youngest, double checked her eyes to make sure, and his staff was also amazing. He has a great selection of eyewear at great prices. Dr. Arthur Kim is a top notch optometrist! I was visiting Temecula for wine tasting and my eyes were super dry (I'm post-LASIK) and I needed relief fast...I'm so thankful that Dr. Kim was able to fit me on the same day. Being an optometrist myself, I'm very particular (and anxious) about who goes near my eyes and was always on the fence about trying punctal plugs to help with my post-LASIK dryness. Dr. Kim was very honest and knowledgeable in his recommendations and the punctal plug procedure was painless. Long story short - 1 month later my eyes feel fantastic. I needed punctal plugs and my tear ducts were difficult to fit; Dr. Kim was able to get it done!! Very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Kim is absolutely amazing! I've been wearing contacts and glasses my whole life and I've never come across a better optometrist. Most optometrists are fine and my experiences have been ok. But I never realized what it was like to have such a caring, attentive and knowledgeable optometrist. He listened to all of my concerns and helped me with an eye infection, encouraged me to try multifocal contacts that have changed my life. I've been wearing glasses for a very long time, and have gone through a fair number of frames, lenses and optometrists over the past several decades. Clear Sight Optometry, and specifically Dr. Kim and Peggy, has been the best experience I have had. About a month ago, after reading some previous reviews, my wife and I went in to see about getting new glasses (our previous experience at another local optometrist last year left us quite frustrated). While we were looking at frames, and even though we did not need a new eye exam, Dr. Kim took us both back to verify that our Rx was still good. We picked our frames and was informed it would be about two weeks. Long story short, my wife's glasses arrived promptly, but the lab had multiple issues with mine. The response and open communications I received from Dr. Kim and his team during the lab's delay (about 4 weeks in total) was nothing less than wonderful.
