This is the 3rd time coming here and they're closed!! I'm sitting literally in the parking lot. It's 3:11pm. And they're closed. The first straw was them having some illiterate person call me and say oh you're due for your vision check and then call her back to schedule my appointment and she says do you have insurance and I said yes. Her: Well we don't see it. Me: So I'm like, it's the same insurance I've had. Me: Why would you call me if I'm due but you don't see my insurance? Her: well your insurance said yiur due for your annual 2 year appt. Me:.. so you see my insurance but you don't see what plan I have? At that point I'm so fed up. I said I do have insurance?!! What are yo I talking about. If I didn't then I would be seeing you. Y'all need to train your people better. And learn to communicate. Time, notifications, call reminders. And the exact location. So once I tell her I have insurance, I said, why else would you have called me when I've been there before and I have had the same insurance. This girl had no idea what the heck she was doing to schedule me and apparently I can definitely tell she was new and it was really irritating first of all. Second of all, I get to my appointment after everything's been scheduled and I show up only to find out that their doctor had called out apparently for some emergency. And they at south 79, forgot to tell me that my appointment was half across town on Winchester had a completely different location that I had to go to. So on top of that I was running late by 30 minutes and then on top of that I was only able to get to the Winchester Doctor and I only had about five minutes to spare between my next appointment since I have limited availability to do anything with my hectic work schedule. These two offices are both inconsistent and it's very frustrating when you're supposed to be OPEN until 530. You should have someone there at all times. This is the most annoying is thing I've had to deal with with this company. I have been trying to get to my appointment to pick out my glasses (for 4 weeks now) and they said there is no appointment needed just to walk in. Apparently both offices are different rules and gals that work there. The one off the South 79 in Temecula I guess I have to have the doctor be there in order for them to let you get your correct Glasses. So this is the first time I've attempted to try and get my prescription glasses. The one on Winchester said walk in and we have a different specialist. No need for the dr. I will also note that the doctor on Winchester was very good. She was very thorough and did a really nice eye check up for me. I found out I have somewhat of a stigmatism in my right eye, and I was very satisfied with her services but the front desk girl on the Winchester Definitely didn't have a clue in notifying anybody about their appointment when most was halfway across town which is really frustrating. She was rude saying "dangggg girl, you have bad eyes",,, I'm like yeah cut that street slang and be professional. It's not cute or funny or making my day any happier to deal with YOU. IF I can ever get in for my glasses hopefully it's the last time dealing with them and they can fix this mess. Fix you hours. Update you google account for your office hours or whatever y'all need to do. read more

This is my go to Optometrist from now on. They take care of multiple services and even offer Lasik. When I first arrived the staff made sure to greet me as soon as I walked in. I am so used to other offices not being diligent or even giving a simple greeting. The Doctor listened to all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable. They are great on educating the patients as well. They have a great selection of glasses styles. Name brands galore!!! The staff even helped me make the decision on which style to choose. Very down to earth and friendly. It's a one stop shop. I am brining my kids here to get their first pair of glasses. Come here you won't regret it read more

My child had an amazing eye doctor experience. Extremely patient and nice guy. We ordered glasses and it's been a month and nothing. We went to check few times, called multiple times but we always get the same answear, should be here very soon! In November I went for an eye exam. That complete I needed to order new glasses. I gave them my frames ($250). I called to check on how my glasses were coming in December. The desk person shared they book my frames and wanted to know what I wanted to do. I asked for a redound for the lenses I paid for that would go into my frames. They stated they would need to check with the manager. That was two months and eight phone calls two visits I still waiting on a refund and the call back the all eight people said was coming. I am so glad I found this place. I called and made an appointment for the same week. When I arrived I was taken right in for testing. Once testing was completed they took me in a room, the doctor came in almost immediately and he was great! I loved his personality, he told me about his background, experience,how long he had been in business and then asked me a lot of questions about me. I felt super comfortable. I ordered two pairs of glasses and was told they would be ready the following week but I got a call two days later that they were already ready for pick up. Highly recommend them! read more

The eye appointment was good with the doctor but everything else was not. My glasses were supposed to be ready in about a week is what I was quoted. The lady helping me wanted to get my order in before she was went out of town and she was communicating a lot to so they could get my order. Once my order was placed it's going on 2 months and I have to keep calling for updates only to find out my frames were sent to the wrong location which no one ever bothered to check. Then I was promised that was resolved and my glasses would be ready in a week and still they are not, and once again I am calling to check up on this. Keep in mind these are seeing glasses that I need Asap! Hoping I can get a refund at this point. Stay away from buying any glasses from here! read more

Ordered a pair of frames using my insurance and was told that the cost I was quoted was the full cost of the frames with the insurance covering it. I paid and thought I was all done and then got a phone call back saying that, Rose, the employee made a mistake and I owed even more because she didn't factor in the insurance co-pay; although she quoted me saying co-pay was included. Rose apologized yet refused to refund me. These frames were marked up by $180 over what they are being sold for online...such a scam. read more

Highly recommend! The office is beautiful and the employees are so friendly. The tech that did my pre-exam testing was great. She walked me through each test as she did them. The wait time was very minimal. Fast and efficient. They have a huge selection of glasses. As for the exam, the doctor was thorough and did well at making me feel comfortable. Small center - artistically decorated with terrific customer service. I had VSP insurance and spent days looking at various shops for glasses including Discount warehouses. Decided to try this small shop and I couldn't be happier with the brands they carry. The environment made what could be a laborious task enjoyable. After waiting for order two weeksI called center and they discovered a problem at the VSP processing lab. Optometrist bent over backwards to rectify and expedite order. They had me pick up glasses at their larger shop near the Promenade mall. All locations provided excellent customer service. I'm going to come back. Highly recommend. read more

When you walk in it doesn't feel like a doctor's office. You feel right at home. There is a tv and they offer you water and soda if you have to wait. The doctor is super knowledgeable and so welcoming and the front desk team is a lot of fun. You can tell they really want to find the right frame for your face. I can't say enough good things about this place. Been shopping for a good optimist in the Temecula/Murietta are for many years, with no luck. Stumbled across Vail Ranch Vision and just went in to browse. Their selection of glasses was amazing. Made an appointment and came back a few days later. I met Dr. "Pat" and instantly felt like I'd know him for years. He and all his staff made me feel welcome and invited. They fixed me up with both contact lenses and glasses. The "Miracle on 34th Street" can be experienced at the Vail Ranch Vision Center in Temecula, CA. My experience with this business was unexpectedly exceptional and surprisingly refreshing for several reasons. First, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Kris Noble. She was exceptional in her customer service toward me and made me feel very comfortable and welcome right off the bat. There was no pretending I wasn't there and looking at a cell phone going on here~! Secondly, the LARGE selection of frames from conservative to edgy and exciting can be found here which totally blew me away given I thought I would have to travel to a larger city to find what I was looking for... I was completely wrong here! Thirdly, this is where the Miracle on 34th Street comparison comes in. I walked in initially to simply see if there were any frames I could find, expecting none, to get a picture of and product number for to get my prescription glasses filled elsewhere and made that fact known to Kris Noble. Despite this, she still, with a smile, made a great effort to help me find what I was looking for! Who does this anymore? Given this experience, I was awed and totally inspired to have found a place like the customer driven Macy's in the 1947 movie, caring more about the my needs than making a sale, right in my backyard here in Temecula, CA at the Vail Ranch Vision Center! To conclude, I did end up purchasing my "chic" frames here and will go back this year for my Sunglass prescription and do a shout out to anyone searching for frames because of this very refreshing experience. i scheduled my appointment a week before the day i went in, and got a call to confirm my appointment. i got to the office 15 minutes before my appointment time and the doors were locked because no one was inside. i called and their answering service picked up to let me know they'll a message to call me back. i call the answering service again and said that i was scheduled for 9:30. their doors didn't open til 10:30. i went in and told the receptionist what happened and she apologized, took me back and did some testing. i didn't wait long for the doctor to come out given that i was the first patient. my exam went by fairly quickly, and he told me i don't need glasses. mind you i've worn glasses since i was 16 just to read and drive. he said nothing is wrong and i'm fine. i just said okay and went on my way. the doctor then slapped me on the shoulder and told me to "have a good one". i just paid and left. luckily my insurance reinstated my benefits and apologized for what happened even though it wasn't their fault. i was able to go to a new optometrist and got a full exam once again and it turns out that the doctor i went to go see once worked for this doctor at vail and left due to this continuing treatment of patients. i'm glad i was able to get to a doctor who heard my concerns and too. care of the issues i have. read more
