The carpet and sofas were done in the house. The area rug which is off white was sent out. The in home items were beautifully cleaned. The area rug had areas that were still dirty when returned. I spoke to Bill the manager who had the rug picked up again and he worked on those areas. It came back today and looks excellent. I am extremely impressed with the customer service in this company. Bill and his workers have all been polite, extremely helpful and aim to please. The people who answer the phones are lovely, helpful and the time frames they provide are exact.
