They cleaned up, took the packaging from the new toilet and the old toilet with them, and went on their way, it couldn't have been more easy for us.

I'm a renter who recently woke up to a kitchen filled with steaming hot water from a broken dishwasher hose. My landlady contacted Puroclean because the owner is former military, and they have been the best to work with. They've worked with me as the renter to remove my personal items that were damaged by the flood, and they worked with my landlady as the owner to mitigate the structural damage. They've also dealt with the headache of two different insurance companies, which was a big help. Everyone I spoke with was professional and just super nice, especially Stephanie at the office, who answered all of my questions and treated me like I was the only person she needed to talk to that day. My main crew, Bri and Jayson, were also fantastic. They helped me sort through the damaged belongings and carried a ton of stuff up the stairs. The company arranged for everything, from industrial dryers and dehumidifiers to the dumpster and a storage pod to hold my stuff while the house is being repaired. I would recommend Puroclean to anyone who asked me.

In addition, they included all permitting, pumping, and inspection fees, so there where no surprise costs. I had difficult access to my back yard and several arborvitae trees needed to be removed. Not only did they carefully scoop out the trees with the excavator, but they helped keep them alive by pouring water on the root balls and put them back in place when the job was done! They worked very quickly and the finished job is much better than I expected (which is why I felt compelled to write this review). The topsoil is nice and flat with very few stones, and all evidence of the huge dirt piles are all cleaned up. I don't normally write reviews, but understand that shopping around for contractors can be stressful with no way to compare other than price quotes. If your in my situation with a bad septic or any other need, hopefully this helps you make an informed decision. I will not hesitate to call GT Excavating for any other site work I need in the future.

I've been a customer for at least the last decade..probably longer..my price hasn't changed in 10 yrs. He awards his repeat customer's with a discount WITHOUT ASKING. Not everyone with a pressure washer should be washing your home! He does a "soft wash" on siding. If someone inexperienced just comes along & pressure washes your siding..you risk damaging it! They may rip a hole in it or bring a piece of siding right off your home costing you more $$ in getting someone to come repair/replace that area! Gregg's prices are extremely reasonable. Give him a chance to give you a quote & explain his service & why his experience is worth considering! East Bay Pressure Wash also applies something to the surface after the cleaning is done to retard the regrowth keeping your home looking great longer, saving you money. This is included in his quote, NOT an add on cost that he up sells you. I really think you will not find a better quote or work than what Greggat East Bay Pressure Wash will provide. I am not related to Gregg & he has not promised me anything in return for my review of his company. But I believe in helping a small business keep their foot in the market in a world where big corporations have swallowed up the small guy. My dad was in business for himself a long time ago before the internet. People would go to a "box store" to literally save $1, literally $1, to buy their lawnmower in a box unassembled rather than buy from my dad who assembled & serviced (oil, gas, showed you how to run the machine). Pennywise vs pound foolish.

On the list was East Bay Pressure Wash located in Warren RI. They came out quickly and gave us an extremely competitive quote, told us what their services would entail and even was able to take care of some moss we had growing on our garage roof. At the time, they were running a special for 10% off and even though we didn't have the coupon from the reporter, offered us the discount. It was about a three week wait to have the house done, but they arrived on time and got started promptly. Midway through, the sky opened up, and it began to pour. Thankfully, the rain was not a deterrent and as soon as the rain slowed down, they resumed the cleaning. I would say all in all it took no more than two hours to complete the job and the house looks amazing! We would highly recommend East Bay Pressure Wash if you are looking for a professional and reliable company to take care of cleaning the outside of your house. Greg and his team were prompt, did exactly what they said they would, easy to reach and delivered on all accounts.
