Terrible... had to have the septic changed to close on my house, they did the new one... about a month after closing it started smelling very bad inside the house, called them, they cam by, said i might need a new vent pipe... make a long story short after 4 months and numerous calls to the board of health, they made the plumber that was with them pull a permit 3 MONTHS LATER for work he did on the inside of the house so it could be inspected... all the while i have no clue how this works and what the problem is and why it smells... come to find out the plumber didn't PULL the permit in the first place because he knew he would have to change the pipe going out of the house, which was cracked from when they did the new septic outside... finally the smell has gone, but i know they didn't replaced a good 10 feet of pipe still outside from the old one, which sucks because ill eventually have to deal with it, assuming it will be rotted, possibly broken in the coming years, but FUCCCKKKK trying to get them back here to do what should have been done in the first place, they are a nightmare to deal with, also one of the worst parts were him saying "i did work for the old owner, NOT YOU", and i sit there and think to myself, 'riiiiigggghhhtttt, you did, you DID do the work for the previous owner, KNOWING THAT SHES MOVING OUT IN A WEEK"... BOTTOM LINE: The main problem i had with the whole situation, (i know nothing about these things and had to learn a shitload about it along the process of trying to get it fixed), MAIN PROBLEM was the mere fact the BOTH the plumber AND the excavator KNEW what the problem was for the entire 4 months... And while im sitting here scratching my head smelling shit all day when i get home and all day on the weekends, WONDERING and pondering what could be the issue, being very civil with both the plumber and excavator, EVEN told them i was going to board of health before i did to give them the benefit of the doubt, they knew that they did NOT replace the pipe going from inside to outside, and that the very pipe was the problem... STATING the foundation was old and they were worried about it, THEN DON'T TAKE THE JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE! I just felt that you get what you pay for, and i feel that someone else would have done a much better job, i actually still think about it and think, what a fucking nightmare that was, just honestly the disbelief of giving someone every single opportunity in the world before doing what had to be done to make them fix it, and being very nice and civil in the process, damn how exhausting that was, but people should know, and thats the only reason why i post this review, still nothing against them, forgave, but to go thru that process again? FUCKING HELL NO, just know who you are hiring before you do it read more
