Not everyone with a pressure washer should be washing your home! He does a "soft wash" on siding. If someone inexperienced just comes along & pressure washes your siding..you risk damaging it! They may rip a hole in it or bring a piece of siding right off your home costing you more $$ in getting someone to come repair/replace that area! Gregg's prices are extremely reasonable. Give him a chance to give you a quote & explain his service & why his experience is worth considering! East Bay Pressure Wash also applies something to the surface after the cleaning is done to retard the regrowth keeping your home looking great longer, saving you money. This is included in his quote, NOT an add on cost that he up sells you. I really think you will not find a better quote or work than what Greggat East Bay Pressure Wash will provide. On the list was East Bay Pressure Wash located in Warren RI. They came out quickly and gave us an extremely competitive quote, told us what their services would entail and even was able to take care of some moss we had growing on our garage roof. At the time, they were running a special for 10% off and even though we didn't have the coupon from the reporter, offered us the discount. It was about a three week wait to have the house done, but they arrived on time and got started promptly. Midway through, the sky opened up, and it began to pour. Thankfully, the rain was not a deterrent and as soon as the rain slowed down, they resumed the cleaning. I would say all in all it took no more than two hours to complete the job and the house looks amazing! We would highly recommend East Bay Pressure Wash if you are looking for a professional and reliable company to take care of cleaning the outside of your house. Three hours after they started, our house, porch, deck, and gutters were shiny and clean. Both Robert and his coworker were friendly and professional, they carefully moved all of our Christmas "stuff" off the porch before cleaning, and they put everything back exactly the way it was. We discovered this on a Sunday evening. Joe became our plumber that night because he made himself available to come out the following morning. And he arrived on time. What he found was a catastrophe that involved a crew to rip out a whole section of sidewalk in front of our house to clear the several feet of city tree branch that had grown into our pipes. He got the right people in to do that job, was onsite to oversee it throughout, and he fixed a few other plumbing hiccups during the interim and even offered to install the new toilet seats we had sitting in their boxes while his excavation guys were doing their thing. He's a really helpful, friendly, and dedicated person who seems committed to making his customers' homes "right". He also put us onto the most fantastic crew to mitigate our basement disaster. After how happy we were with those guys (who were in our home to fix our basement properly for five weeks), I will take recommendations from Joe for anything we need. In fact, we are already working with an electrician he recommended to sort some crazy-wired switches out and move a junction box (not a small job). My family and I had a very unpleasant experience with this business and in particular with the Office Manager Claire DelTufo. We hired them to fix a leaky pipe in my brother's home that we are trying to sell. After the first time around that the two men showed up to "fix" the pipe, my dad took a look at it later on and noticed it was still leaking so he called and asked them to come back - turns out another part was needed because the worker broke that part when trying to work on the pipe so my dad bought it and gave it to them to "finish" the job (we'll see if they decide to charge us for the part my dad bought with his own money based on the conversation I had with Claire which I'll get into momentarily.) We then find out that the pipe is still leaking because an assessor came in and mentioned it. So my dad fixed it as soon as possible as it was clear that Del Tufo Plumbing & Heating is unreliable. I then gave a call to the office and the first woman I spoke to was very pleasant but she said that Claire would have to give us a call back to get more information from us. A couple of minutes later, Claire called us and had an attitude straight off the back. When we explained what happened, she was like "Well what do you want? Money off the bill?". I of course said that would be nice since they didn't actually fix the pipe but she then refused that request in a very loud and aggressive tone. I then said ok to the denial of requesting money off the bill but then asked if she could provide feedback to the men that did the job since they did not actually fix the pipe and I do not want this problem to happen to someone else. She proceeded to scream at me about how she trusts her workers and doesn't understand why she should give them that type of feedback and that we should expect a bill soon. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you need to deal with Claire as she is incredibly mean, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
