Lou continuolsy reassured us, that as bad as it was/looked, he would get it cleaned up so we can start the fix. There were times I thought they would just give up, as it was literally like something out of a movie. Multiple contractors and engineers told us they have never seen anything like it in thier lives. We are in the drying and anti mold phase, Lou reassured us he would be back regularly to monitor and treat as needed. Lou explained everything each step along the way, and why he had to do certain things. It ended up being a much bigger project than he expected, but he honored the quoted price. Avoid the big guys with the fancy trucks, Lou and his guys will run circles around them.

PFR Rocks! We own a duplex and the tenant side caught fire. We had only smoke damage on our side…read morebut the tenant side was a total loss. Lou showed up to the fire and started the board-up immediatly (PFR was actually recommended to us by the building inspector who was on scene) . Due to the smoke damage we could not live in the house, and PFR cleaned my entire home from top to bottom, and somehow got us able to move back home very quickly. I then hired them to do the remodel on the other half of the house. They took care of everything, and I mean everything. Having never been in that situation before, we were completly overwhelmed. They even took care of communications with my homeowners insurance and my mortgage company for me. What a blessing that was! They planned the remodel from start to finish and it is totally updated and beautiful. While they were here, we had alot of work done on our side also since the equipment was going to be here anyway.
