A driver of one of your company vehicles (license plate 1MY 769) was operating the vehicle in an…read moreextremely unsafe manner in a residential neighborhood near a park at night. The driver accelerated through multiple stop signs without slowing, creating a serious danger to children, pedestrians, and other motorists. When I attempted to call out the unsafe behavior, the driver decided to drive past me and shouted an explicit insult ("Go f*** yourself") from the vehicle. This conduct is both dangerous and highly unprofessional, especially for someone representing your company. I am deeply disappointed by the disregard for public safety and hope this matter is addressed promptly.

I gave a call and found the person I chatted with very kind, her voice smiled! I was able to bring the dog pee and dirt infested rug that day. Thank you to Tim, Dave and all the other's who I know worked so diligently on the rug. AnnieB

My hot water tank was leaking so I called Reichert and Sons to come out and help. As usual, they were extremely nice when I called. I paid the service fee of $175 and someone came out the next day. The technician inspected my unit and told me that my pipping was getting old and I could replace the pipes or eventually replace the hot water tank. I asked him how much it would cost for each option and he said he would need to talk to the main office and they would send me a quote and I could decide. The next day I received a $4,000 quote to replace the hot water tank. I called to ask about the quote to just fix the pipes. The woman on the line said she would need to speak to her manager and get back to me. Two days later they sent me the same $4,000 replacement only quote with the last sentence changed to "Tank can not be repaired - replace is the only option." This is not what the technician told me. To be thorough, I called a different company who came out and told me the tank isn't that old and I should replace the pipping. He fixed the pipping for $300 and that was over 4 months ago with no problems since. I am glad I went to a different vendor because trying to cheat people out of money is a horrible way to do business. I haven't asked for my $175 service fee back because I don't want to communicate with unethical people. If you do go to Reichert & Sons, I suggest you get a second opinion.

The employee arrived after 10:00 AM and told me he would send the estimate after returning to the office and entering the measurements into his laptop. I never received the estimate on Monday, May 19, nor during the entire week that followed or the following week afterward. I followed up again on Wednesday, May 27 in the early afternoon and spoke with a sales representative, who stated that he had my estimate and would send it later that afternoon because he was currently in Boston. As of 9:00 PM today, I still had not received anything. At this point, I no longer want the estimate because I do not trust this company. In my experience, the level of professionalism, communication, and reliability has been extremely poor. If the company did not already have online reviews, I would honestly question whether the appointment was legitimate, especially since the representative spent time inside my home looking around even though I was only requesting a new gutter estimate. Homeowners, please be aware.

They sent the bill to collections to ruin my credit because they refuse to update the invoice with the correct hours. I finally got in contact with someone yesterday and the photos, timestamps, and so on don't exist in the system anymore. Funny. They wrecked my decorative stone heaping dirt on top rather than using a tarp. Unfortunately I think we will be taking them to court. Good luck... but don't hire these guys. I have had plenty of good plumbers these guys are swindlers.

He came by, spent about 10 min walking around, rang the doorbell and gave me a sheet of paper with the quote. Easy and painless as that. I asked for roof quote and got exactly what I wanted. He did not need to come inside or make me listen to a 2 hr sales pitch. I've had at least 2 other companies who tried to do that when I was getting a roof for the quote. 1 of them gave me a quote on sidings instead. The other did not even give me a quote because I decided to kick them out after half an hr. After getting some other quotes I decided to go with Robert and he agreed to come out 2 weeks later. His crew came on time as promised but he wasn't physically there until the end of the day. Overall his crew was efficient. They finished within 1 day as promised. The shingles looked okay, not as flat or even like our neighbors but it appeared to be just fine. They finished the roof before a big snow storm and rain/wind storm within the same week. It was able to withstand everything just fine and no noticeable water leak or anything in the attic. I did discovered a small chipped wood area in the attic which I can see some of the underlayment and shingles but water was not getting through or anything. I will continue to monitor. They actually was supposed to install the chimney as well forgot so they returned a few days later to complete it as promised. Overall fantastic job from Robert and his crew. From the quoting process to the fast efficient work. Cosmetically the shingles could have looked a bit better and more even but functionally it seems to have served its purpose and was worth it for the price I paid.
