I was referred to Kevin at Cleanworks from a friend and he did not disappoint! He was very responsive and did a very clean job. He blocked off my kitchen and living area from the dust during the demo and during the repair to make sure the area stayed clean. From beginning to end, Kevin was VERY PROMPT and RESPONSIVE with any questions that we had since this had never happened to us before. All in all, if you happen to have the bad luck of busted pipes or flooding in the basement, then I def recommend getting in touch with Kevin who will walk you through Everything that needs to get done at a very reasonable price and awesome service! This company was recommended to us by our homeowners insurance after suffering significant water…read moredamage during a failed roofing project. At first, they were friendly and approachable/agreeable, but as the months have gone by they have been anything but... Do to the extent of work, our family of 3 was displaced and living in a hotel while work was being completed. Originally, we were told it would take 3-5 months. Nearly 15 months have gone by and the project still isn't done... Michael and Kevin have both been impossible to get a hold of or to get to respond to reasonable requests along the way in a timely manner. Days to weeks to months have gone by with no communication at all. Often times, I would have to email/text/call upwards of 5 times to get any sort of response. Of course projects like this will always have set backs and a lot of different hands have been involved along the way, but it has taken almost five times as long as what they originally told us. Every time communication was had, Michael would give timeline updates about certain items on the list to be repaired. 100% of the time, his estimates for time it would take for different things were a lie... He would tell me something was being done by a certain day and then when I would go check on it, it still wouldn't be done. When I would ask him what happened, he either wouldn't respond for days to weeks, blame the insurance company, or he would come up with some sort of excuse for why the work didn't happen. Everything was like this. He has lied to me over and over again. I can't think of one thing that he said that was going to be finished that was completed as he said. He would always say things like, "I'm really trying to push this along for you guys." But I guess that was just to get me to shut up and leave him alone for a while. After initial demo, weeks to months went by with no work being completed on the house at all. It sat vacant with indication of when or if work was going to continued. They also did not complete some of the things in the scope of work that we requested like moving some closets around upstairs and doing a carpet runner on the stairs... They just did what they wanted without asking or considering discussions that we in the beginning and assumed we'd be okay with it. After selecting materials, Michael was confused months later about what I had picked out for flooring for downstairs... They almost carpeted 2 rooms that were supposed to have vinyl plank because of this. They left areas of my house a mess including saw blades and chunks of drywall in the yard. They also threw some personal items in the dumpster without asking. At one point over the winter, they left a window open upstairs with the heat on, leaving us with a heating bill several hundred dollars higher than normal... I could go on and on for paragraphs. Cleanworks ruined the lives of this family. They showed no sense of urgency or regard for our family. Extreme and continued stress from this project caused my ex-husband and I to get divorced. We have made 15 mortgage payments for a house we are not living in and won't be able to move back into. After they were paid, they became increasingly difficult to work with. Working with Cleanworks has been nothing short mentally anguishing. Now I just want them out of my house and my life so we can sell the house and move on from this disaster... If I could rate them a 0, I would. NEVER NEVER NEVER hire this company. They ruined my life!

They lost a paint sample that my other company I used for different cupboards sent them and this was on the day work was suppose to start. The owner wasn't even apologetic when I expressed my disappointment. They sent one man to do the entire job. They took my door and drawer fronts to the shop and didn't finish them until the day they were coming back to place them. They promised more than one man but there was just the one man who did all the painting Jason. Ed and Mike the owner are in the 40s of 50s. Jason is only 25 and he was the most professional respectful, one of them all. If it wasn't for him, I would've canceled the whole job and got my money back. Just beware that the owner and Ed are nice as long as nothing goes wrong. If it does go wrong and you show your dismay they attack you by yelling and threatening. Imagine telling Jason to walk off the job and leave me in a mess. All because they lost the sample and then later the cabinets didn't come out totally well and needed to be touched up and they were mad at that and said if they had to touch it up I would be charged more. Ed said that to me. Then later denied it. The owner told Jason to walk off job then denied Last thing Mike did want to apologize to me but I wasn't home A year later we hade personally had to touch up spots over a dozen times. I would not have them paint your cabinets. Anything else they do I don't know.

E Brien Dugas MD 6 reviews·5 photos…read more Extremely high quality work at competitive prices I have been a homeowner for over 40 years, so have dealt with disaster recovery crews many times. These guys are by far the most professional, and have the most competitive prices Each job was perfect, and they are very pleasant to deal with The first was a pest remediation, cleanup job which was big. Other Disaster crews were going to charge me for hazardous waste for the entire contents of my basement, and were not going to replace the attic insulation once they tore it out So i needed a junk trash out service, disaster crew, and an insulation contractor Pro Green Cleaning and Disaster Specialists did the trash out at a lower price than the junk company, did an amazing job with cleanup and disinfection, closed every point of entry with metal , and came back later to be sure the house was mouse proof before they replaced the attic insulation. Used the best possible materials Great attention to detail, job was perfect, and price was the best, and they did everything which made things more efficient and convenient The second job occurred after an unlicensed contractor sanded my hardwood floors with the HVAC system on. The filter collapsed and the whole house was contaminated with fine wood dust stuck on with polyurethane I got very sick Again they responded very quickly to the disaster I got a-lot of bids including 2 from different servepro franchises The servepro guys are in an out so quickly, and do not explain their services enough to understand what you are paying for. One refused to give a detailed quote because I was private pay. All serve pro guys were aggressive and abrupt Servepro was thousands more. Pro Green Cleaning and Disaster Specialists job was perfect , despite the place being an unlivable total disaster before they started. They did not want to be paid until i was 100% satisfied So i looked around the house and found some minor issues which they fixed before final payment Pro Green Cleaning and Disaster Specialists are partners in a business So their level of professionalism and pride in their work far exceeds their competition They also connected me to an HVAC vent cleaning company that did a better job than Im used to with Servepro at a lower price. Steve Silvia of Quality HVAC Cleaning was amazing too So whole job was coordinated by Pro-Green Cleaning and Disaster Specialists They are absolutely the most professional, contractors i have ever dealt with

If you want quality work, excellent communication, and ease of mind, hire Build Pros. We originally wanted to have our microwave vented out (rather than circulating air and grease in the kitchen) and add a second banister to the stairs to the basement to make them more safe for our growing toddler. We were also considering having our spare basement bathroom remodeled. The bathroom really wasn't very functional because it was built in pieces (so the gross tiny stall shower wasn't even in the bathroom). That was a big job, and we wanted to get a quote for all three pieces. The first two jobs were too small on their own, so we hired Build Pros for all three. They were amazing to work with, and the work they did was the highest of quality. The team was extremely communicative, and we always knew when they were coming, what they were doing next, and what to expect. Their spreadsheet system made it really easy for everyone to keep track of what we had selected, costs, etc. They helped us a ton with design decisions, made recommendations when appropriate, and made sure we were happy with absolutely everything before moving forward. Our house stayed unbelievably clean, given the level of work they were doing, throughout the process. Mike and Rouben were fantastic at reimagining the layout of our bathroom, taking all of our priorities into consideration. John, their carpenter, is a master. We went way over budget, but a lot of that was my fault. I wanted a bathroom that was functional, but the more we talked and designed, the more I realized we actually could get a really *nice* bathroom that wasn't just functional, but high end. They did a bunch of other random things in the area too. We just were so happy with their work, and they were already there, so we asked them to fit in a few small things and they were awesome in getting those done too (adding a couple outlets in the adjacent home gym, replacing our outdoor water spigots, etc.). We are extremely happy with the final products. We even had a water problem shortly after they finished. They fixed it swiftly with no charge. It might have been a part issue or a labor issue, and so in the beginning it was unclear whether we were going to have to pay for repairs right away. I would have been very disappointed if they had charged us, and have all the more confidence in them since they fixed it and stood by the work and warranty. The only real negative was that sometimes when we had to make a decision, and the team gave us a quick "off the cuff" estimate about how much a few different options would cost, the estimate was really a fair amount lower than estimated. That contributed to some of our cost increase, but in the end I think we would have made the same decisions regardless. We're extremely happy with the final products. We even hired them again and they're starting work at my mother-in-laws house this week! I'm already dreaming of putting an addition on our house in the future, and we will hire them absolutely if/when we do this.
