Spoke with representative Steff and explained that I had a hard thick glaze of creosote that had ignited in the chimney the previous day. Steff, who was pleasant and professional during our conversation, said she would try to get a technician to my home today. I was quoted a price for the job which was fair and reasonable. Thirty minutes later, a Kiwi utility truck entered my driveway. Technicians Gabe and Regan introduced themselves and I gave them an overview of my woodstove and chimney. They wasted no time and immediately went to work. They thoroughly cleaned the chimney and removed all the glazed creosote; they went on to clean the stove, stove pipe, chimney cap and screen. A thorough inspection was performed, and I was happy to hear the clay flue was in good shape. Upon completion of the job, they vacuumed the area around my stove and cleaned up loose debris from outside. These two gentlemen did a great job and where very personable, knowledgeable. Gabe was at the ready with information on products currently on the market for upgrades and equipment that enhanced safety of wood burning stoves and chimney liners. This afternoon, I received an email from Gabe with my inspection report and before and after photos. What an absolute satisfying experience from start to finish with Kiwi. I highly recommend this company for your chimney service needs. OUTSTANDING WORK! Thanks Steff, Gabe and Regan.

I highly recommend Landry Mechanical and cannot say enough about their services. When the gas water…read moreheater in our rental unit flooded the basement, I wasn't sure who to call or how soon I could get someone there. I remembered Landry had serviced our gas furnace and checked their web site to see if they also did gas water heaters and discovered they offer a whole range of services I wasn't even aware of. I called Landry about 8:30 in the morning and the scheduler said they could have someone there by noon. They beat that estimate - I got a call from the technician who said they were on their way and would be there about 10:15, less than 2 hours after I called. They first assessed the situation, had a lengthy discussion with my husband (a retired contractor) who had lots of questions, all of which were answered thoroughly and to his satisfaction. When it was determined a replacement was necessary - no patching or temporary fix - they had the same model on the site within the hour. The work was prompt, clean, and met my husband's stringent standards. Now that we know they also provide full electrical services, we will be calling them to add an electric panel to our rental property. Our previous electrician has been delaying the job literally for months, despite back and forth emails and texts to try to get him on site. Having earned our trust and demonstrated the quality of both their people and their work, Landry Mechanical is now our "go to" for any services we need.

We have a large 3 story home and due to poor initial installation we have had heating and plumbing…read moreissues for over a decade. We struggled with another plumbing service, paying them a lot of money for bandaid fixes. We were frequently with unreliable heat and minimal hot water in middle of winter. Finally this year after surveying available plumbing contractors, we chose Connerney Plumbing from Framingham and what a difference. Connerney came in and spent a day or two studying our system to fully understand it. They developed in organized manner a master list of things to be remediated, and they resolved each issue efficiently. Unfortunately we required a new 80 gallon hot water tank and significant plumbing work to correct the initial install. Jesse sat down and explained that in the long run it would be better to remove the boiler, hot water tank and plumbing and to reinstall from ground up correctly. He recommended a Veissman boiler and hot water tank and we discussed how he would redo plumbing with shut offs and draw offs that would minimize future problems and lower costs significantly for repair. We bit the bullet and went with the Connerney team, although this was a major investment. From that moment, every step of our experience was positive. Connerney's team of plumbers were professional, neat, organized and met all time lines. More importantly their installation was done artfully. Jesse and team shared all about the new system and plumbing, the whys and the hows on how the new system and plumbing works and ease of service. We now have a quiet new system that delivers perfect heat and humidity through our home. Our hot water supply is infinitely better for jacuzzi. I wish we had found Connerney a decade ago. They are true professionals you can trust
