Exceptional from start to finish I don't write reviews very often, but Pro Comfort Control absolutely earned this one. From beginning to end, the customer service experience was outstanding. Ryan, the owner, personally came out for the initial inspection of our existing HVAC system and walked through everything that would be involved. There was no high-pressure sales pitch--just a genuinely down-to-earth guy who clearly loves what he does. His passion for quality workmanship was obvious from our very first conversation, and that level of care carried through the entire project. Nicole, who handled all of the financing paperwork and Mass Save coordination, was equally incredible. I called several times with questions throughout the process, and she was always patient, gracious, and happy to help. Navigating financing, rebates, and paperwork can be overwhelming, but she made the entire process feel easy. One thing I especially want to highlight is their quoting and proposal system. It's modern, informative, and incredibly easy to understand. I did have a couple of clarification questions along the way, but overall I really appreciated how transparent and technology-forward the entire process was. It made comparing options and making decisions much less stressful. Once everything was approved through the bank and Mass Save, they got us on the schedule much faster than I expected. Before the HVAC installation could begin, we needed to upgrade our electrical service to 200 amps. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Pro Comfort Control coordinated that work through one of their trusted electrical partners, DMC Electric. Another company I had received a quote from expected me to hire an electrician separately, so having everything managed through one point of contact made the process much easier. The electricians--both named Dan--were fantastic. They were professional, efficient, respectful of our home, and their workmanship was excellent. It was clear that Pro Comfort Control surrounds themselves with partners who share the same commitment to quality. The HVAC installation itself was every bit as impressive. We had a dual-fuel heat pump system installed, along with significant repiping of older gas and water lines. They also corrected a number of issues left behind by the previous homeowners, whose workmanship left a lot to be desired. Rather than simply replacing equipment, they took the time to improve the entire mechanical room. It's obvious they take pride in leaving things better than they found them. Pat and Cooper were the primary technicians I worked with, along with another installer on the second day whose name I unfortunately can't remember. They arrived exactly when they said they would, walked me through the plan before getting started, and made sure we were aligned on every detail. Throughout the two-day installation they were always happy to answer my questions, explain what they were doing, and keep me updated on their progress. It's obvious these guys are highly skilled craftsmen who genuinely care about doing the job right. The attention to detail was exceptional. They protected our floors with drop cloths, kept the work area organized throughout the project, cleaned up meticulously at the end of each day, and somehow managed to leave the space cleaner than when they arrived. The finished installation looks clean, organized, and professionally done. As someone who owned and operated a small business for more than 10 years, I know how difficult it is to consistently deliver this level of customer service. This is a family-run business, and you can feel that pride and accountability in every interaction. Everyone I dealt with genuinely cared about the outcome--not just finishing the job. I recently had my high-velocity AC system and Oil heating system fully replaced with a ductless mini-split heat pump setup, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. From the very first phone call, this team was professional, friendly, and completely trustworthy. Carrie in the office was fantastic--she recommended a whole-home energy audit, helped me get scheduled quickly, and was always a pleasure to talk to whenever I had questions. My installers, Pat, Kevin, and Joey, were top-notch. They arrived on time, walked me through every part of the install, asked for my input on how I wanted things routed, and were incredibly thorough. They also made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left. As a bonus, the whole team walked me through how to submit photos and forms for the Mass Save HEAT Loan and rebates! Four months ago, Pro Comfort Control transformed our home's heating system, and I couldn't be more impressed. Unlike other companies we consulted, their team conducted a thorough load sizing analysis and took time to genuinely understand our specific needs. Met with Ryan the owner as we were looking to install a Heat Pump. When I asked him if he was going to do a Manual J load calculation for our house, which all how to sites on the Internet state that the the HVAC vendor should do in order to size the heating/cooling sytem properly....he stated "Nawh, it's not necessary I know what you need". Additionally we told him that we were not totally sure about the square foot of our home since it is a split level. We also told him that we were interested in using the Mass Save program, wanted to utilize the 0% loan, and rebates and had until April 30th to apply. So he knew we needed a quote that day! Ryan said we would have a quote later that day Friday April 26. We did not receive a quote nor did we get a response to an email and two texts that we sent them asking when to expect the quote/bid. read more

We contacted Pro Comfort Control to bid on the installation of a ductless mini-split in our sunroom. With many companies the person who shows up is essentially a salesperson and isn't as knowledgeable about the systems and the intricates of installing them...not so with Ryan. He was able to answer every question and explain why he was answering in a specific way related to the individual peculiarities of our house. The quote was very competitive and they use great equipment and materials. The Office Manager Alex was easy to work with in regards to scheduling and any additional questions. Installation was great and as an added bonus they smelled gas in the crawlspace while installing the lines and quickly replaced a corroded propane line for our hot water heater.
