My wife and I had ductless mini splits installed in our house by Vic and the JV Mechanical team. Vic took his time explaining how the units operate and helping us decide where to place the indoor units. He even brought one of the indoor units (the shell) with him and held it up against the wall in various places so we could see what the unit would look like. The crew showed up right on schedule and were very professional and courteous. They kept us updated on their progress and were very respectful of our home and property.  They did an outstanding job! Very good company. Responsive. Requested info on a furnace on a Sunday and within 2 hours Vic responded and we had a plan in motion. The contractors did a great job installing my furnace. Also had them put in a split duct system a couple of years ago and just recently had them come to service it for a cleaning and maintenance. A+ Service. Put a ticket in last night because one of my mini splits wasn't working. Vic called me within 30 minutes to say someone would be there by 8 AM in the morning. Technician was actually early and had the problem resolved within an hour. If that isn't A+ service I don't know what is. read more
