This company was absolutely horrible to work with, highly unprofessional and work so poor we have…read moreto date had to spend over 15k in repairs for work they supposedly "completed": paint peeling, decking coming up from the frame, an access door installed nailed shut to the deck, garage door that bent the frame and had to be replaced, non-galvanized nails used outside already rusted, planks coming up off of frame on back deck, lattice installed that buckled and had to be replaced, In addition, the main contractor wanted some jobs as separate with payment made out to him and has to date never provided invoices and at the time of service his individual contractor license was expired. Any attempts as resolving issues was met with excuses and harassment for additional payment. Despite attempts at remediation and speaking with Boris the owner, the work continued to suffer. The work site was left in absolute disarray, and the workers would take 30 min "smoke" breaks, work for about 30 min-1 hour only to leave for an hour lunch and leave for the day at 3pm, and on multiple occasions no one would show up for the entire day despite being promised a work crew of 3-6. The work failed inspection twice despite being told by the main contractor that the work was 100% complete both times, and was only accepted when the crew threw down play sand on the ground which has since gotten absolutely everywhere in the lawn and on the deck to make the stairs compliant with the height requirement from the ground. Would never recommend this company.

We went on 2 vacations 8 differrent states and still not done, broke our new door, broke our old door, couldnt figure out how to tile (3) different people the last was a real tile guy and Paul the so called contractor to over see the project had 1 million excuses as to why everythinf was screwed up from a simple threshold, 3 attempts at tile, basement floors huge spots on the floors where the royaly screwed up to leaving debris all over yard paint droplets on patio, not 1 tool belt and Multiple trips because they scewed up the tbe sq footage on flooring, tile everything and the list goes on...the only good thing they have giing are the laborers that showed up everyday carlos and irwin and were just doing what they were told which was to try and finish the job and fix everyones mistakes and listen to us complain about the company. The worst experience i have ever experienced. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY paul is a talker with an answer for everything....70% of the project was completed. And after all this paul still wanted payment. I held back little over 3 grand. Oh the kicker is reviewing reciepts which added up to 13,000 dollars i discovered 2 6 pack of sponges, a multi tool, nails, ( 7,200) of them which i think maybe i roll was used. And now taking them to court. But i gave them still another shot to redeem some pride by 9 tomiggt to remove the rest of tbe rubbish which was promised on multiple occassions and could even do that. Absolute scam artists. And when emailing and calling a dozen time the owner boris who dont even know is real never responded when asked to come buy and look at what his company is doing...NOTHING!

I'd highly recommend them and hire them again. Frank and Josh communicate immediately through text and call, do a careful one hour in person consultation, and even bring along a heat lamp and sample windows to educate on five different varieties of quotes. They are kind, intelligent, and respectful when working through our limited budget. The best part is they sell, manufacture, and install their own windows (as opposed to other companies who outsource these services) so the management and timeline of the project is high, detailed, and efficient.
