We have had six guys here, all saying something different, causing a hassle of a mess. Then today, I spoke to Tammy; she was so rude! She didn't care that I had the tech conversation with me on our Ring cam that proves what I'm saying: "I get what you're saying, but it's not what he put on the paper!" I said, "So how come every time a tech comes out here, they lie about what they told me, seeing as it's happened each time?" Her reply was, "I don't know! I'll have to have a talk with them when they come in." They are less of a reasonable service company and more of a high-ticket selling company. The on-site teams are polite and friendly, but I feel bad that they have to put a 30-minute estimate "portfolio" in the van to drive up costs as much as possible. I'm really offended and I've been in sales my entire career.
