Their advertisement for dryer duct cleaning was misleading. It quoted $125 with no exceptions listed (i.e. inside only). When the service rep came, he asked me to turn on the dryer, then he went to the exit duct (6ft away). I'm in a single floor home. He informed me there would be an additional fee of $175 because the original fee only covered the inside duct (6 ft from dryer to outside). And, he never did inside work. Advice to those considering using them: be sure to question exactly what is covered with the $125. I will not use them again. read more

Originally just a chimney clean / inspection (which looked so good when done now we don't even want to use it to get it dirty!). Wonderful and friendly service. I emailed over a holiday weekend and didn't expect to hear back for a while but Dean was very responsive and scheduled me for the Tuesday after the holiday. Patrick was our technician and he was great! We live in a house that's only two years old so it was both the house's and my first air duct cleaning experience.
