We gave the bid to Edwuin because he really listened to the project we wanted and didn't try to upsell this to the project he wanted. We were flexible on start date (and we needed it for some weather), but his crew got right to work. We wanted the grout between the bricks on the front stoop and walkway to be repaired and rotted boards replaced in the yard shed. The project was done on time, fully cleaned up after, and the team didn't block the driveway in the process. His guys even found a way to reused some of the removed boards to fix some spots in a way that really hid the repairs. His communication was good and timely. Ayala Masonry recently repaved my parent's backyard patio and while I was not a part of the direct interactions, my parents spoke glowingly about the work and service provided.
