Martin from AK Refinishing did an amazing job on our bathroom. It looks so much better now! I'm…read morereally impressed with his work. He was also a kind, diligent person. Since he was going to be in the house all day, he asked to meet our dog when he came in, so she could get used to him and not be worried while he was coming in and out of the house. When I had to leave the house, he called me to make sure I wanted a tint to match the bathtub vs. a bright white (as I had just told him "white" when I left). I couldn't be happier with the service and I'm grateful to AK Refinishing for sending us such a kind craftsman.

He picked the table up and returned it. For those of you who do not know what a drum table is, the center of the table goes around. Mine was badly broken causing the top to be very tilted. I told Mr Burkett, if he could not fix the table to turn and just have the top be connected to the part that turns, I would have him do the job. He came over and looked at it and said he was pretty confident he could fix it. I also have my grandmother's secretary and one of the doors was too warped to close, he fixed that too and now it closes perfectly.

Their price was competitive, but not the lowest - being responsive was more important to me. One small itch was charging a bit more after the fact due to some supposedly difficult demo - a little ticky tack - but we split the difference. The manager, Driss, made the process incredibly easy, even ordering samples ahead of time. The installers, Walter and Geovanny, were fantastic--they arrived on time both days, moved my furniture with care, and finished the entire job in just 1.5 days. The quality of the work is top-notch; the planks are installed tight and the new shoe molding provides a very clean, professional finish. What really impressed me was the cleanup--they vacuumed everything and removed all excess materials, leaving the space ready to use. They even left the extra planks and carpet for future use. If you want high-quality work and a stress-free process at a great price, I highly recommend this team!

The bathtub in our 1982 home had been reglazed once before but was now chipping off in the bottom. There was a reasonable fee for the repair work he did first and then he sanded and taped plastic over everything like a mini paint booth. He stopped to confirm the color and level of gloss I wanted and got back to work. I was really happy when he used a ventilation device with an 18" flex pipe that went out the closest bedroom window that really kept the extreme smell to a minimum. He also added a sand-like material to make the bottom portion non-slip. I highly recommend Top Reglazing for their reasonable pricing, quality workmanship and for doing what they said they would do, which can be hard to come by in this area. The whole job was 4 1/2 hours.
