We hired Toney and his crew to replace our old deck with a much larger multi-level composite deck, with a drainage/gutter system under the upper deck and a finished ceiling and lighting system underneath to create an outdoor living room on the lower deck. They did an absolutely fabulous job at a fair price. The crew are hard workers and real craftsmen -- they built it the right way with a proactive eye for detail and aesthetics. As a result the rail caps have bowed away from the railing. I had hoped that in the discussion about this, there would at least be some attempt to remedy the issue, but no.
