Antonio and team were great - I hired them to replace just over a dozen deck boards that had decayed. Antonio, a genuinely nice guy, was responsive, came out and examined the deck and gave a very competitive price on the repairs. The quality of the work that his team did was also quite good. Would recommend to others and hope to use them again in the future. read more

Antonio is the utmost professional! I interviewed 5 companies before selecting Antonio. He is honest, kind, responsive and he gave us the most reasonable quote. This project was for my elderly mom's home. Antonio went to her place several times to meet her and discuss the plan. I had a lot of questions myself, he answered all my questions quick and precise, assuring me that he will achieve the look my mom desired. He completed the job in a day, came back and checked a week later for quality assurance and stayed in touch to make sure we were happy with his work. Antonio also went above and beyond the call of duty to bring my 80 year old widowed mom sand so she's prepared for the snow, making her feel like family. It really gives me hope to see genuinely kind people like Antonio who serve others with so much care and don't just see them as a number. If you're looking for a caring contractor who's also extremely kind, caring, does an outstanding job and a reasonable price, then Community Deck is your place! read more

Antonio and Jose installed a side yard and front yard wood fence for us. In total it was approximately 200 feet of fence. Part solid wood, part picket. They worked very hard despite cold winter temperatures and completed the job in a timely manner. They took their time laying the posts and carefully measuring the distances and property line. Antonio is very detail oriented and made sure that we were comfortable with the property line and we discussed how the fence would flow given the grade of the property. I appreciated that he is definitely of the "measure twice (or three times), cut once" mindset and I felt like he was very focused on getting it right and making sure that I was comfortable before starting the install. I never got the sense that he was trying to rush this job to hurry off to another project. His team left our yard spotless during and after the install and graciously cleared bushes and brush in order to install the fence in the first place. Any time I had a question about the project or needed clarification, Antonio was quick to call or text me. He is very customer service oriented and puts a lot of effort into maintaining open lines of communication and partnering with his clients to get the job done right. Every day he said he would show up to work, he did, and he was always available by text (day or night, including weekends). His communication skills are amazing and his good nature and positive attitude made the project go smoothly, despite some external forces (that had nothing to do with Antonio and his team) that made it unnecessarily challenging. I highly recommend Antonio and his team. read more

Excellent service and work!!!...one of the best construction repair groups I have ever dealt with.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had a 25 year old deck that looked like it was tilting to one side. I called Community and they promptly came out and identified the issue as my posts were rotting. They also identified a couple of other areas of the deck that needed support. They came out one week later, exactly on time, and using jacks (like for a car) to support the deck they changed all the posts. We agreed to paint the posts but when they saw it didn't match the cross beam, they painted that as well. All done within the week....the deck should go another 25 years. Pricing was fair and communication was great! read more

Very responsive, quality workmanship and a great value. Service requested was to replace a rotten deck post. Would hire again!

We couldn't have been happier with Antonio/Christian and his crew on our deck repair. They were very professional from the quote to the completed project. They were responsive, respectful, friendly, and didn't mind answering any questions we had during the project. We would highly recommend this company. read more

We had a great experience with Community Deck and Fence from the quote to the project's completion. They were fast to respond to a request for a quote and thorough in their assessment of the amount of repair work our deck needed without suggesting we needed more done than we did. They ended up only replacing a single support post, which was a job too small for several other contractors who either refused the job or wanted to charge several times what CD&F did to do the same work. The job was completed quickly and professionally and we were shown progress photos along the way to ensure we knew they had done a great job. Finally they left everything clean and tidy before they headed out, which doesn't always happen. Great experience and would happily work with them again! read more

Antonio and his team was top notch. Super communicative about the work and plan, showed up on time, and was VERY meticulous about measurements and seeking my input at any stage to ensure I was aligned with the plan. The craftsmanship was excellent as well, and overall I was very impressed and pleased with the whole process and finished product. And the pricing was the best of the companies from which I received proposals. Very much looking forward to working with them again! read more

Antonio was very prompt in responding to my request for a deck post repair and Cristian was great at explaining what needed to be done and what options I had available. The quote was very competitive and once accepted, work on the repair was started promptly and finished to my satisfaction. The team was overall a pleasure to work with and I honestly appreciate the painfree nature of the entire process. I definitely recommend Antonio and his team and look forward to working with them on future projects. read more

Antonio and his team were tremendous! They were professional, hardworking and provided quality craftmanship. I am so grateful for finding Antonio. The supporting beams/woods on the bottom of my deck were rotting and falling apart. Antonio/Christian and team were fantastic and prompt. Great experience with Community Deck and Fence. Antonio and his team did great work and were very reasonably priced (and I got several quotes to compare with other companies). Antonio was really responsive with emails and made sure everything was explained clearly throughout the process. I had a fence and deck built and both were completed really quickly so now we can enjoy our backyard - would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a fence or deck. read more

Needed to have an old deck repaired (new decking, rails, posts) Antonio showed up wearing a mask (only contractor giving estimate that did) Checked it out quickly. Got quote right away. Best quote of 4 estimates. Started a few days later, and finished when he said they would. I have built a few decks myself, but didn't want to do this. Their attention to detail was excellent (see photo)...much better than original deck! Cleaned up the mess - wouldn't even know they were there! I was impressed! read more

These guys were very fast, friendly and professional when I asked them to come do an estimate. Even after giving them a second chance to bring their quote down though, they were 33% higher than the lowest bid that I got. Really would've loved having them do the work, but for some reason they just can't seem to be as competitive on price as companies with similarly good Yelp reviews and approaches. read more

I walked over to a neighbors who were getting a new deck from Community Deck. And right away the foreman, Christian, greeted me and we walked to inspect my deck. Christian was thorough and candid about its condition. He didn't try to "sell" me on anything more than what I needed (a new floor and top railing). I received an excellent quote from Antonio a few days later and we had a thorough conversation about the value of a diagonal vs. parallel floor boards. Even though he could have made more money on a diagonal design, he recommended parallel for its ability to more evenly bear the weight load. Also, Antonio and Christian choose the wood piece by piece - and not from Home Depot! The workers were friendly and hardworking and cleaned up all the debris after finishing. High praise to Antonio, Christian and their crew! I will defiantly hire them again when I need a new fence. read more

When I bought my house in July 2015, the backyard had an old wood privacy fence around it. Sections were falling down and it just looked horrible. I contacted Antonio at Community Fence. His estimate was not the lowest but his professionalism and personality made a big impression. The old fence was removed and the new fence installed without a problem. It looks gorgeous and has withstood all kinds of weather. I have hired him again to put an aluminum fence around my pool. I recommend him highly! read more

We received a number of estimates for staining our new deck and screened in room. All of them commented on how well it was built. They said that a lot of the decks/screened in room they see are of poor quality, but ours was top notch. Thank You, Antonio. read more

Community Deck and Fence - Deck Stained - Fences & Gates Near Me

We had our backyard fence installed by Community Fence. They did a professional job with extreme attention to detail. The job was done as promised, fast and on time. The price was substantially lower than the other 3 quotes I received from reputable fence companies. Antonio and his staff are very professional and true experts of there trait. Other companies would hire day labor's to complete the job. Antonio himself and his staff completed the job and kept us up to date on the progress as the project came along. Kameron read more

I forgot to leave a review! It's been about 4 years, but our vinyl fence still looks great and there have been no problems at all. Community Fence was $500+ cheaper than the other estimates, and they were fast and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend! read more

When Covid happened and we decided we needed more space to spread out inside and outside of our townhome, we got many quotes on repairing or replacing our 20 year old, out of code deck. We realized that replacing it made the most sense, and when Antonio came back with a very reasonable price on replacing, we decided we could also go bigger. We decided on Trex for the floor and railings and wood framing. Antonio came out 3 times before we started on demo and construction and was patient when we decided we wanted to add more details like a plant hanger bar and privacy trellis. He filled out our HOA paperwork for us and submitted permits, and called Miss Utility. Antonio's team was extremely hard working and kind. Cristian, our main on-site contact didn't hesitate to contact Antonio when he found rotted wood around our doorframe that needed replaced, and Antonio gave us advice and an estimate on repairs. They repaired it and continued working to completion. We are very happy with our new bigger deck and all the attention to detail! read more

I had Community Fence install an aluminum fence this summer (2013). I priced out three other companies and Community Fence came in by far the best price. I have an acre lot, so it was a large fence with three gates. They did a great job. Antonio stayed in touch the entire time with updates, as the material took a little longer to arrive than expected. I highly recommend this company. read more

Our next door neighbor had her wooden fence made by Community Fence, and it looked great! So the following month when we got our dog, we continued the fence in the same style. Fairly large project with three gates. Antonio had excellent input on our decisions and he stayed late one evening to help me find the property lines. He and his crew used to work for Long Fence so we were able to get a top quality fence at an affordable price. I definitely recommend them! read more

We had Community Fence install our wood fence. He did an excellent job and at the best price we could find. He even "customized" the spacing of the boards to give us the most privacy while keeping the only style that is approved by our HOA. Would definitely recommend this company. read more

Community Fence put together a quality quote that beat the competition. The attention to detail and customer service can't be beat. We did a townhouse fence, followed by a deck with some modifications. My Father-in-law, who is a structural engineer, admired the construction and commented on the quality of the work (something about square, tight fitting joints... who knows, I'm no engineer!). The service, speed, and follow-up was impeccable. Antonio and his crew did a great job! We're about to sell our home - and will DEFINITELY be using Community Fence on our new home! read more

We had a couple of estimates done for our fence project, Antonio's pricing was VERY fair and super competitive. We ended up giving him the job and we could couldn't have been more pleased. The fence looks great. He's incredibly attentive to detail, he asked questions about what we would like, preferences, etc. Took care of having the ground marked for wires, discussed options for us and what he would recommend for door opening direction, caps, posts and things of the sort. His work ethic along with his worker was incredible. It did take about 2 days for them to finish the fence, but that's alright with us, it was during the week so it was not an inconvenience at all. We'd prefer that the job be done right if it takes a little longer than if it were to be sloppily done for the sake of speed. We would HIGHLY recommend Community Fence. If we needed another fence made, that's who we'd have come out without a second thought. Great job Antonio! read more

Like other, we also had a few estimates done; Antonio's (Community Fence) price was the best. Antonio and his team were fast, friendly and professional; they worked with us asked our preference and gave us suggestions and in the end the fence looks great and the fence works great. From the initial estimate, prep, property marking, utilities and clean-up community fence took care of everything. We are very pleased and highly recommend Community Fence to anyone looking for a high quality fence. read more

When my wife and I bought our townhouse we knew installing a fence would be the first "upgrade" we would do. After a year in the house it came time to get a fence after we got a puppy. We contacted a couple local contractors for estimates, and when Antonio came and spent the most time surveying (found the property markers) and talking to us about our fencing requirements (strict HOA policies) we were confident he would do the best job. Sure enough the fence is awesome! Antonio came and did the fence with one other gentleman and finished 90% of a 65-linear-feet fence on one moderate December day. He said he would come back a couple days later to finish. When he realized he had a conflict on the day he said he'd show up, he came the next day instead by himself and finished the fence. The combination of exceptional work ethic and craftsmanship is very hard to find. We too had our board-on-board fence installed with slightly smaller gaps between boards for enhanced privacy. Additionally, we they made the fence look perfect with the grade/slope of our end unit lot. We cannot recommend Antonio and Community Fence enough. Even in the middle of winter he and his team built and installed a perfect fence for our yard. Additionally, they said they would stand by their product and I have no doubt that if we have any issues over the next few months and years we won't hesitate to call Community Fence before consulting other contractors. read more

After receiving several quotes from the large fencing contractors, I found Community Fence on Yelp. Others had written excellent reviews about the price, quality of work, and customer service from Community Fence. Antonio came out to do an estimate and was honest about the requirements of having to adjust part of my neighbors fence in order to make my fence work. He was easily accessible throughout the process and worked alongside his guys the entire time. The work was completed in a professional manner with quality and time both being taken into consideration. Other than some weather delays Antonio was more than willing to work with us on our schedule to get the fence installed during the holiday season. read more

A post in my backyard had rotted and was causing one fence section to lean very badly. Antonio came out the day I called, sent me the estimate by email, and came out that Saturday to replace three bad posts.
