I would just like him to repair what he said he would do and why I paid for. Then I could totally wipe my hands clean from dealing with his service all together. I even referred him to a coworker and they said he would lie about showing up because he didn't even ask for the combo lock to get into the pool house.

It's the beginning of summer and I was unsure how long it would take to get a claim representative out to inspect the untimely ruination of a vital pool component. Quite to the contrary of my expectations, Sean (the owner) was able to show up only hours after he made initial contact with me and was very professional during his visit. His knowledge of pool service was replete and he quickly and concisely answered every question I could throw at him. I would recommend this company for any future pool service issues.

Fixing this was beyond my skill-set, so in searching for a technician, I found Jason (Pool Medic), his reviews stood out to me more than all the others so I had him out to diagnose the issues. Jason confirmed the issues, and quoted me a very reasonable price to replace all of the suction side PVC/Valves. He also replaced the Pump seals. Jason got the job done very quickly, and my Pool is now working even better than it was before. Bottom Line: If you want an extremely competent, knowledgeable, effective and honest pool repair Tech who charges reasonable prices- call this man first.

When it was cleaned it was often at 9pm or when it was dark. I would typically vacuum and do most of the maintenance myself. They did keep the water balanced well. I think much of the problem goes to the nature of the business. Rick is building a franchise. It seems like most energy is devoted to gathering and bundling clients in batches of 40 to a future franchise owner in exchange for 1000 a month. I reached out numerous times but eventually gave up and changed services. It is a shame because David was quite good at what he did but the company overall was lacking in customer service.

I had previously had a salt water pool, so I needed some orientation with our new pool. We heard great things about Integrity Pools from the seller of our home. . Miles was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and patient as he worked to give me education and orientation on our new pool. You could tell he had tremendous pride in his company and the work they do. As a self-employed person, I have tremendous respect when I run in to employees who treat their company as their own. Miles did just that. Integrity Pools is very blessed to have Miles on their team! The time and service Miles has given us has made us a customer of Integrity Pools for life!! The replastering job they did had cracks in the steps and did not replace all the outlet fittings as promised. Repairs to the steps were a joke and are still stained 3 years later. More excuses and voodoo chemical bs did not work either. They bill exorbitant rates for simple repairs for instance; a repair to a 1" elbow to my scupper head (pool sprinkler) that leaked again after I had already paid $400 to them to fix it previously, he then charged $900 for an hour of work and a $2 part. He would not reconsider the billing. You do the math! What a nice hourly rate!!! Stay so far away from this small time outfit and go to a reputable store front that has been in business for a long time. If you want someone that will not guarantee their work, do shoddy repairs, this is the outfit for you. He will be the low bidder but be careful what you pay for.The lowest is never the best.
