I even referred him to a coworker and they said he would lie about showing up because he didn't even ask for the combo lock to get into the pool house.

I called in today to verify that somebody would be coming out to take care of this, as my pool is starting to turn green. The lady told me that the person I had spoken with is no longer with the company, so I'll have to wait another 2 weeks because this is their busy season. I made an appointment with the company, not a person, and yet since a person left, I'm forced to go to the back of the line. I told them I'd take my business elsewhere and she didn't seem to have any objection with that. Hired this contractor for a new pool build which he did not have the experience for. He never…read morefinished the work and had to spend 45 with Classic to correct all the mistakes that his subcontractors made. This guy is so dishonest and not trustworthy. He may be good on renovations but he needs to stay away from trying to do a new pool build and leave that up to Pullium and some of the reputable new pool builders in the area.
