We had agreed upon pricing but with the winter being slower, we hadn't brought towels for the last four weeks. Totally understand if they wanted to charge us a tiny bit more But it seriously isn't even a wash and fold anymore. It's just a wash. They just charge $95 for the same amount of towels. We've been getting washed the last five years. Their service has been embarrassing. I seriously wouldn't trust them if you want a good deal and to feel taken care of!

Desperately seeking an open same day or next day dry cleaner, I came across one that was near my hotel in Draper, Utah. I called, and like most if not all, they were closed on Sunday. However, I left my phone number in the hope that maybe I would get a call Monday morning, then I moved on to explore what other options I had. Within just a couple of minutes, my phone rang with Rebecca cheerfully and kindly on the other end offering to be of service. She explained that if I brought my blazer in by nine in the morning, I would have it by three in the afternoon. Wow that's all I can say. What great service. I'm looking forward to meeting her, and paying what I'm sure will be a reasonable amount for such great service. Thank you Rebecca and Team for helping me with my dilemma before the big event Monday evening. May God bless and sufficiently strengthen you all.

I was greeted by this low key and professional woman when was very helpful. Her name is Pam and manages the place. She asked all the right questions and accommodating of my special requests. They will text you when you clothes are ready, which I like. No guessing. I dropped off Saturday and picking up on Monday. Fast and furious! Hotels have some services, but they always want to return it to you after 6pm the next day, which never works because you typically need laundry the second to last or last day, long before 6pm. That's on top of being way more expensive and a bigger hassle than you ever get with Foam! The owner reached out to me and ensured that I had a spectacular experience. On a random weeknight, someone came and picked up my bags of laundry at 8pm, and I had it back and was wearing it 4 hours later. I'm a Foam-er for life now!

Put the soaked blanket in the front load washer, popped in the change and the cycle started. Still lots of soap in the blanket so didn't add detergent. Cycle is almost don... 20 minutes is quick. The dryer is $1 for 25 minutes... so probably 50 minutes to dry... $2 . The facility it dated but has all the necessities, sodas for a $1!!! , soaps and stuff, change machine and a restroom. Im pretty simple and the best lace feels safe so yes, I'd come here again. Majority of the customers were middle aged women. There is a hair salon next door. Just sayin... I recently had an unfortunate experience with CleanMeNow Alterations and Dry Cleaning that I feel compelled to share. We entrusted them with my daughter's brand-new dress for alterations, expecting a professional and seamless service. However, the outcome was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the cost of the alterations was astonishingly more than five times the verbal quote we were initially given. The alterations alone ended up costing more than the dress itself, which was quite shocking and unexpected. Upon receiving the dress, we noticed stains on the front, and the sleeves were not pressed at all. This was particularly disappointing as the dress had come directly from the department store to CleanMeNow and had never been worn. When we requested that the stains be removed, we were charged an additional fee, which added to our frustration. This was the second time we used CleanMeNow, and unfortunately, it will be the last. I would advise anyone considering their services to save themselves the time, money, and headache and look for another provider. This experience was not only disappointing but also quite costly. read more

I wear very dense jeans -- I'm talking 21 OZ selvedge denim jeans -- and I usually need them hemmed, and made thinner in the thighs. I've brought four pairs to Clean Me Now and they impress me every time. I don't know how they work with such a thick material, but they do, and they do it masterfully. I recommend this place for not only alterations but dry cleaning as well. There's nothing they can't do. read more
