Andy was very knowledgeable when it came to the different subflooring we dealt with and advised us all the way. I called Andy to go to Descanso to give me a quote to do some floor coping for the preschool there. He said he would go check it out and give me a quote. After a week of the director telling me he never showed up. I called him on a Friday and he assured me he would go on Monday to give me a quote. Monday came and went and Andy never showed up or called me to let me know what was up. Very disappointing. If I could give this company zero stars I would. I'm sure Andy is a great guy who does great work, but he completely blew me off. I was referred by Pacific Kitchens who highly recommended him. I emailed on Tuesday direct from his website, then called on Thursday. He called me back on Friday saying he would come out on Monday and had all of my information. I waited around all day Monday and heard nothing. It's Thursday. I understand if my job was too small or he was too busy, but to simply blow me off is totally unprofessional. I've called Andy twice now. Once about six months ago after they completed installing the floors in our house. Two weeks later one of the frames came unglued. So I called to ask when they could come out to put it back the way it was. I received no response back. Now I'm ready to have one of the bedrooms completed. So I called Andy again. No response once more. I guess he doesn't want my business. No other word to describe but SUPERIOR. A contractor flooded the first floor of our house creating an unmitigated disaster. Our entire wood floor and base had to be replaced and the house had to be completely repainted, walls and ceilings. Andy came in the first day and was a God send. He orchestrated everything for us in our time of crisis. We even had to move out for 3 weeks due to the extent of the work. But Alfonso took excellent care of our house and we were never worried. Andy and his team fought with the insurance adjusters and won an increase of 60% in the original claim payout quoted to me.
