I was not looking for that. I needed colorful tile options. They carry one example of that but it wasn't what I was looking for. The staff is undertrained. One man said Armstrong had gone out of business and no longer made the type I was looking for. Another overheard him and corrected him. Unfortunately the only sample book they had was with a client. They did offer to try and get the book back for me to take a look and a few days later did call to let me know they had the book in the store. Unfortunately it was too late. After my experience at La Mesa Flooring I found Rayo who had everything I needed and within two days had all of my tile ready to go. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were hired to sand and refinish our dark hickory floors and ended up…read moredamaging them beyond repair. Hector showed up the first day or two to get his guys started then dropped the ball on checking their work after that. Well, they managed to scrape the seams between planks incorrectly and ended up splintering and shredding them. There are chopped up, broken sharp edges between planks and visibly jagged edges. They used some kind of a knife or tool that, when it would catch the grain of the wood, slipped and gouged across planks so deep they cannot be fixed. They left debris and splinters on the surface before putting the stain and first coat of sealant, so you can feel it when you walk on the floors - and socks catch/snag from the sharp edges. I'm so disgusted that this is what we ended up with. We didn't have the budget to replace all our flooring in the first place, so we trusted him to refinish them... and now we are back to square one. Fortunately we were able to stop the second payment we'd given him as soon as we saw the damage but he is refusing to refund us the first payment - and now we will have to seek repayment for full damages to be able to pay to replace the flooring. Oh, and to add insult to injury they broke the toilet on day 1 when removing it (we had to buy a new one - they would not pay for it) AND we did our part of staying out of the work area so we were stuck being out of the main part of our home for 7 days. They didn't even seal off the work area or contain the dust properly - they did not use a bag on their sander so it has taken 4 days just to clean the dust off the walls, ceilings, out of air ducts - even inside closed cabinets that they draped cheap plastic over. They had a pile of tools, trash, and debris on an uncovered carpet by our front door the whole time even though I asked one of the workers to pick it up. They left trash bags full of dust and debris in the planter area outside our house for 5 days even though I asked a worker to get it removed. This has been the biggest nightmare and it still isn't over.
