Searching for repair professionals near Roseburg we found Higher Dimensions on google. Higher Dimensions was able to fix the recliner issue and the chairs sit perfectly now. We had a drawer rebuilt by a cabinet shop in California, and hadn't t tried to reinstall it yet. When we did we discovered it was made it 1/8" too wide. Jesse, at Higher Dimensions was able to fix that issue also. They also replaced the screen in our RVs screen door. No job was too small. Wasn't sure they worked in RVs and Travel Trailers but they took on the jobs and completed them fast. If you need a licensed and insured contractor to do repairs, look no further. They aren't just for home repairs, they did a fantastic job on our RV.

Charles came in and gave us an estimate and approximate time it would take for him to lay our beautiful ceramic tile floor. We bought and had delivered all the items he would need to do the job; tile and grout. He was great in giving us all the amounts we'd need. We also helped the cost by making sure the floor was ready for him, scraped up all the old LVP and linoleum that was underneath, swept everything and emptied the areas he'd be working. Charles and Mike arrive on the day he arranged with us, ready to work. We had him set up in the garage for his convenience so that we could lock up his equipment while he worked on the floor. He's very meticulous in his layout and execution; is full of information, and really knows what he's doing. His assistant, Mike was friendly and while he's still in the learning phase of this type of work, he was always moving and learning. They made a fantastic team. By the time they were finished, we had a beautiful floor in the entryway, living room, and both bathrooms as well as the halls leading to the bedrooms. I was very concerned that we were in over our heads with trying to get it repaired quickly and correctly. As usual when you are having to do emergency repairs you can expect to pay a premium cost. We were very fortunate that the structural damage was minimal and it mostly affected the drywall and inside furnishings. Running into Chris was a total blessing. He clearly understood our time critical situation and was very empathetic with us. We were pleasantly surprised that he came to inspect the repairs needed on the same day and within 5 days our worries were put to rest. The job was to remove and replace a 13' X 3' horizontal panel and trim on the front of a single wide trailer. All materials - trim, caulking, primer paint, screws - were included in the bid. They didn't use any primer paint. We had to prime it ourselves. The contractor bought the wrong trim wood and had to go buy the correct wood, which didn't cost any more than the original trim he mistakenly bought - that trim and labor cost for it was an additional $1000! Of course, they didn't provide an itemized accounting. I realize now that we shouldn't have paid in advance and should have demanded an itemized account. On the other hand, on the double wide next door, they replaced the entire front, including all trim, and worked around windows, and painted it, for $6000! In short, they ripped us off. Don't trust them!
