(I posted a negative review on Yelp regarding that roofer). Since I needed help selecting a roof shingle for my home, I called Grandview. The owner set an appointment, was punctual and courteous, and showed me samples. He quoted me a fair price, and I accepted. He started the work within the following 10 days, and he completed it to my satisfaction and in a timely manner, even during a rainy day. The roof looks fantastic; they cleaned up after the job was done. His crew was polite and diligent, and I highly recommend his work.

We went…read morethrough a couple of different companies to get estimates and of course either they did not contact us back after speaking with them the first time or their bids were outrageous! I finally found Colt and Josef after finding a shed that they built on Facebook it was perfect for our home office it just needed to be finished on the inside! After they finished the shed which was incredible by the way! They asked if we needed other work done which we did, we needed a lot! Lol They stained our concrete for us next and it also looks incredible. Everything that they have done so far was very reasonably priced and incredible work, Colt is a perfectionist! So far they have also done my countertops, shelving and tiled backsplash in my kitchen. Next they will be working on a deck in our backyard these guys can truly do it all! If you need an incredible company to work on your home these are the men to call, you will not be disappointed! I look forward to working with them in the future whenever I need anything done. OnPoint Construction is our go to construction company for now on! Thank you for everything you've done for us! Renee & Virgil Llewellyn

I called and spoke to Adam who came out with his ladder and quickly diagnosed the reasons for the damaged siding. He followed up with a reasonable bid a day or so later, and I got on the Men of Steel schedule. When it was time for the work to be done, Adam brought Pete along who did most of the work. I was very impressed with Pete's work. He is competent, works hard, cleans up well, and is a very pleasant man. I would definitely hire Men of Steel again. The price was fair and the work was done well. I highly recommend this company.

When I requested an alternate quote with details of what I wanted left out, I was ghosted for another month. Even worse, I was working directly with the owner. He could have at least given me and ETA of when to expect the quote or informed me that they weren't going to work on my house. My impression is that this company's tactic is to wait long enough that the client forgets what was discussed and then up-sells without discussing. Then if the client calls them out on the up-sale, they're ignored. I will never consider doing business with Better Built again, and I will share their unprofessionalism with everyone I know

He stayed within budget and his work ethic was fabulous. He is a good communicator and seemed to be on the same page as me throughout the process, so there was no awkwardness regarding conversation and expectations. He has integrity and made sure all the details were addressed. I like the edges to be precise and clean, he does that. I have had other contractors that missed the mark, and it did cost me more time and money. So we have been incredibly happy with Michael, we will refer him and use him again when necessary, because we are now investing in additional properties that need attention. For me, the timing, financial aspect of our projects, the quality of work and ethics are important. Michael's work is stellar at every facet. I can't recommend him high enough. I encourage anyone looking for help, to give him a call. I think you'll be pleased. BTW, my husband is capable and expects work to be done as he asks. However, he works a lot away from home. He felt comfortable leaving the house and I felt completely safe. Mr. Lallo is so respectful and professional.

Firstly, since moving to Ashland every single contractor we have hired (EXCEPT Rogue Valley…read moreRoofing) have been great and very good integrity. NOT SO WITH ROGUE VALLEY! First they crazy-overcharged for a tiny deck that needed a decent waterproofing seal. They said only his most expensive product would do the job. Then they left it half done and very sloppy. I was asked to remove that negative review when they came out to "fix it". Well they did NOT fix it. And once the rains started we accrued significant damage and cost to both the outside and the inside of our home including mold damage and total inside ceiling needing repair now (Pix included). The owner told us yesterday in person that they would fix it. Now today he writes saying that he won't. Sadly this is just really bad business and very costly mistakes on their part that is left for us to pick up their improper work. I warn anyone to look around for other options and businesses before moving ahead with Rougue Valley Roofing. They do not stand behind their work and they do not behave professionally. What a mess. Sorry to have to write a bad review but this one they very much earned. Ugg.
