I suppose the roof was done properly, but only time will tell on that part, the problem I have with…read morethem is the guys working on the roof cut & destroyed one of the gutter supports on one of the long spans of the steel gutters that have been on my mobile with no problems for the past 23 yrs., I spoke with Walter (the owner) & advised him about what his guys had done, he called back 2 days later & said his guys said they didn't do it. Gutter repair man came out and connected the gutters using some sort of glue, the repair man said the original steel gutter support that was ruined & just tossed on the ground was " cut & there was absolutely no reason for it" I do believe this was done out of spite as the roofers were packing up to leave, due to the fact that I did not offer them a tip. Well, this old woman could not afford a tip after paying what I did for a new roof!! Repair of the gutter cost me $95.00 & this company refuses to reimburse me. I have the gutter support piece safely put away for the day I'll need to take them to small claims court.

I finally found Colt and Josef after finding a shed that they built on Facebook it was perfect for our home office it just needed to be finished on the inside! After they finished the shed which was incredible by the way! They asked if we needed other work done which we did, we needed a lot! Lol They stained our concrete for us next and it also looks incredible. Everything that they have done so far was very reasonably priced and incredible work, Colt is a perfectionist! June 11, 2026, I found out my homeowner's insurance wasn't going to be renewed on July 12, 2026, due to a worn roof. I had a month to get a new roof. I called Stephen and he immediately sent Michael out the next day. Stephen said they could get the roof replaced the week of June 29, 2026, however, he had his crew out 4 days earlier on June 25th. They had the old roof off and the new one on in 2 days. It looks beautiful. Thanks to them I was able to get my homeowner's insurance renewed with a discount! I also wanted the gutters and downspouts replaced and gutter guards added. Stephen had his crew out on June 30, 2026, and they were done by July 3, 2026. Michael came out and put in the gutter guards himself. Our roof is large with many steep pitches and angles, yet the crew did a phenomenal job and left our property so clean I would never have known they were here. My job entailed replacing two attic fans with my new, in-box units…read more 1- Your billing begins when the handyman leaves their last job. That's $65/hour just to drive to the worksite. 2- He arrived with an approximate 4 rung step ladder, which by itself would have created a challenge to get into the attic from an interior trap door on an 8 foot ceiling. The company made no effort to come out and preview the job, or ask appropriate questions to determine their needs. Since the typical job would mean loosening the shingles to pull the old unit out, roof access is required. Additional trips for equipment/supplies, at $65/hour prompted me to allow him to use my ladder, both outside and inside. 3- The repairman determined it would be easiest and more practical to leave the existing housing in place and just replace the motor fan unit with thermostat. This still required rooftop access. 4- The job was completed with 4 hours of billing AND a hardware charge of some $40. What hardware? Everything was included and there was no need to seal around a housing already in place. No itemized account for the hardware was provided so I can only theorize that I must have been renting the tools that were used. My gut feeling tells me that the billing presumed what the typical fan replacement might require and I was billed on their presumption rather than fact. 5- Mailed them a check for the full amount and added a note about they're being ill-equipped and over-charging for a job they can't substantiate -AND- I won't be using them in the future.
