Problem was John left them alone most of the time to the point their job was baptism by fire and not always top of the line work. When John did happen to be present the work was well done as he provided on the job training and management. John's quote was reasonable and remained so throughout without his raising costs related to problems incurred or material costs. Would I use them again, possibly if John was on site with them as he provides the much needed guidance and direction. The job that should have been completed in 3-4 days took almost 2 weeks as corrections to job performed resulted in the increased length of job. John was great to work with. Attentive to my job needs, suggestions to make plans better. He knew what he was doing, some of his staff not so much. I came to realize he too is facing the dilemma most business owners are, getting sufficient help that shows up and are dependable. So final outcome, the job is done, looks much better.
