He responded immediately and stopped later the same day to take a look at my yard. I received an estimate quickly (same day). After getting a few more estimates I hired More Life for the project. They were able to start the following week. Throughout the project Jose answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the progress. He made me feel at ease and confident in their work. In addition to installing pavers, they reorganized/installed irrigation for my new yard. The pavers turned out beautiful thanks to More Life Construction!

Once started we had a clear excavation, a great pour and a very fine finish in our patio. We even had a neighbor able to have a good pour for a small job on the same concrete delivery. All was completed as promised and only impacted by elements outside of any contractors weather controls. We would engage Nathan again for quality concrete work.

We have about a 1/4 mile driveway and they have to back into our barn for the pour. The first driver did amazing! in and out with no problem. The second driver drove off the road and need to be towed out, creating a very large hole next to our driveway. At this point they should have STOPPED the job but no, they sent in the third truck that was all over the road and stuck up to his axel. This is after the supervisor said that it was OK to continue. Although their quote was on the higher end, we chose them based on Jane's reputation for plant knowledge and design expertise. As a first-time homeowner, I had many questions about the process, but I often felt that my inquiries were met with frustration rather than support. During the initial consultation, Jane and Juan both came to do the bid, which led me to believe they would be directly involved in the work. However, I later learned that most of the labor would be handled by their crew, who primarily spoke Spanish. The language barrier made communication difficult at times. Each morning, Juan would briefly check in, give instructions to the crew, and then leave. If I hadn't been present to oversee the work--and I would have preferred not to be--many important details we had discussed would have been missed or done incorrectly. Jane was rarely on-site, and when she was, I found her unapproachable and disengaged. It felt as though my project was a burden rather than a collaboration. So the help I hoped for in the hiring of Jane, wasn't able to happen. Several plants were installed that we hadn't chosen, and our front yard, which was seeded, ended up with numerous bald patches. When we asked if the front lawn could be reseeded, the response was more defensive than helpful. Now, my lawn in the back yard looks poor--patchy, struggling, and unhealthy despite regular watering and fertilizing. No one ever followed up with us after the job was completed to ask if we were satisfied or to request feedback. What could have been an enjoyable and exciting home improvement project turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. I was hesitant to leave a review due to concerns about potential awkwardness in our small-town community, but I believe others deserve to hear an honest account.

Our fabulous general contractor, John Schull, recommended we go here as well as a couple of other places. We looked at their display and found a couple of possibilities. Henry Basilbird Cisio, the owner's grandson, was helping us. He said, "Let me do some research and see what I can find." Two business days later he emailed us the perfect natural stone veneer. I purchased rock for landscaping from a local company in Phoenix, OR. Leave Your Mark When I started working with them, they were extremely nice, helpful and accommodating, I was excited to write a rave review to them after our transaction was completed. Then they delivered the rock. It was full of dirt. The owner Pete, personally came out to our house to see it for himself. He was mortified and very apologetic. He said he would pay for the time my landscapers spent cleaning the rock. He said they would pick it up and deliver new, clean rock next week. This is where it goes bad... he calls me later to say, you can have it free if you want to rinse out the dirt. I agree, unwillingly. He calls back 20 minutes later to say, actually, I will pick it up. Come to find out he sold it. So he would rather go back on his word for $145. So I am not very pleased with him at this point, so I said take it back. He is now not sure he can deliver clean rock next week. When his employees picked it up, they gave me a hard time saying the rock was perfectly fine etc... pretty much being jerks and they end up selling it to my neighbor (which I am glad she got it for a good deal, no delivery fee.) Pete, the owner walks away without paying for the landscapers, he promised to pay. Conclusion- ACCOUNTABILITY, I cannot say it enough. As nice as this local company may seem, be careful of their promises. They do not tend to keep them. I felt lied to and I was accused of lying. When he dropped off the money, he said to Ross, "I am not paying for the landscapers to lay down the weed cover." So he shorted us $20. Note... the landscapers had the weed cover laid down over a week ago.

He was overall fantastic. He returned my call right away, came out within a few days. Was very reasonable and did a wonderful job on each window. We will definitely use him again many times over. He said the man was is in the right and I wasnt present for the whole conversation. He told me the man did deserve make $1 less, the manager had no concern for what happened and said he was justified. The man looked visibly upset by the whole thing. Although, I personally didn't have services from them but if this is their level of professionalism I would never recommend their services.
