Gutter repair man came out and connected the gutters using some sort of glue, the repair man said the original steel gutter support that was ruined & just tossed on the ground was " cut & there was absolutely no reason for it" I do believe this was done out of spite as the roofers were packing up to leave, due to the fact that I did not offer them a tip. Well, this old woman could not afford a tip after paying what I did for a new roof!! Repair of the gutter cost me $95.00 & this company refuses to reimburse me. I have the gutter support piece safely put away for the day I'll need to take them to small claims court.

He blames her saying she has had someone else up there, trying to get out of his guarantee and now he will not honor the work he did. I think he actually miss diagnosed the leak area in the first place but it really it makes no difference. The company stole my mothers money and hassles her every time there is a problem. This is a relatively new company. The owners name is Dallas. Originally, I dealt with Dallas by…read morephone. He has several people working for him, Brandon, Tanner, Levi. He refers to them as his "skilled laborers." The first time they did, any landscaping work for me, their weed line broke on the weedeater and they left the job unfinished without any communication as to why they needed to leave or when they would complete it. They have also bid other jobs for me such as irrigation sprinkler repair, and a ramp rebuild/repair. Then, I didn't hear anything from any of the workers or management for three weeks. By the time they got back to me, I had already recd other bids, approved a bid, hired somebody, had the work completed and paid for the work. Their "skilled laborers" are "boys" who don't take their job or their clients seriously. I even had a text from Tanner after 11 pm. Both he and Dallas heard about it from me. Their laborers dictate rates to the owner. Not acceptable. They are not professional and should not be considered if you want quality work done at a decent price.

Save your money and do NOT hire this business…read more In 2020 Shawn and his workers installed a brand new roof on out house and the detached garage. In 2023 the shingles on the garage started to fall off. We contacted Shawn, he sent over a crew to do the warranty claim and to fix the roof. Now, in 2025 the roof is failing again. The shingles are falling off and the prior replaced shingles turned brown. We attempted to contact Shaw by phone on multiple occasions, no response. We went by Shawn's' office twice and left a note on the door that he needs to contacts us ASAP. No response. We finally talked to Shawn in person and he said "I got you". Nothing since. This has been going on for about 8 months. We sent an intent to file a complaint with he Contractor's board to Shawn. No response. As of now we supposed to have a 50 year warranty on the roof, five years into it our roof is leaking. We are hiring another contractor to fix the roof filing a lawsuit against Versatile Builders.
