The owner, Stephen, examined our roof and provided excellent suggestions, he promptly emailed a thorough estimate with a highly competitive price. He patiently responded to all of my way-too-many questions. The crew arrived on time each day, were well organized and worked both hard and smart. Other contractors estimated it would take three to four days; this team completed the project in two days, without cutting corners or compromising quality. At times the crew numbered more than ten. They respected our property and were meticulous in assuring our property was left clean. We also had the roof of our small garden shed replaced. The crew took as much care with this simple shed as they did with our house roof. Both roofs look outstanding and the shed now ties in beautifully with the house. I know the rating scale only goes to 5 stars, but I would give Stephen Westfall Roofing 10 stars if I could. I can't speak highly enough when recommending Westfall Roofing. June 11, 2026, I found out my homeowner's insurance wasn't going to be renewed on July 12, 2026, due to a worn roof. I had a month to get a new roof. I called Stephen and he immediately sent Michael out the next day. Stephen said they could get the roof replaced the week of June 29, 2026, however, he had his crew out 4 days earlier on June 25th. They had the old roof off and the new one on in 2 days. It looks beautiful. Thanks to them I was able to get my homeowner's insurance renewed with a discount! I also wanted the gutters and downspouts replaced and gutter guards added. Stephen had his crew out on June 30, 2026, and they were done by July 3, 2026. Michael came out and put in the gutter guards himself. Our roof is large with many steep pitches and angles, yet the crew did a phenomenal job and left our property so clean I would never have known they were here. Stephen Westfall came to my home on time after measuring my roof from his shop via satellite and proceeded to climb up and assess my roofing needs. He gave me a great price and disclosed possibilities of up-charges though he doubted there would be any. He then gave me a date for install two weeks out (Weather permitting as this was in January) They actually were able to do my job earlier than expected with no up-charges at all at the exact price initially given which was by far the best quote out of 5 that I got. I'm constantly plagued with their ads on KMED, so when our roof needed a repair I thought I'd give them a call. "Call today, get an estimate tomorrow," right? Not so much. Called someone named Chester, no answer, no voicemail available. Later called someone named Steve (who I assume is the owner) - no answer, left a message, no return call. Next day, I received a text message from Chester, letting me know he missed a call from me. Called back, only to be told "the guys are coming back into town, they'll call you tomorrow." Of course, no call. Texted Chester to ask if anyone was going to call and to let him know that if they were too busy that was fine - just let me know and I'll move on. Response text had my phone number and "call her please." Have no idea what that meant. We've had a couple of outstanding experiences with contractors lately (which seems to be unusual around here) so I guess we're back to the norm. What a joke - I will be moving on. read more

A month ago, I asked Stephen for a roofing replacement. He could do this by satellite photography, not a site visit. I had three quotes for my 4100sq ft home and chose Westfall(he was not the lowest price), but he was a legitimate roofing contractor. After asking for samples and houses he had completed in Eagle Point so I could drive by and see their work, I got no help or response. He told me to go to his local supplier and look at the products. This was just a supplier, not a full showroom with samples. When it was determined I could not get an upgraded shingle in the color I preferred, I said I could stay with the current grey, but I would like samples to select from. Internet photos would not do for me. I accommodated a canceled appointment because of a family emergency and rearranged my schedule for the following day. One hour after the appointment time, I emailed to ask if he was still coming. He did not have the courtesy to call me directly but had his Dad call and say Westfall Roofing did not want to work for me. Since I had approved the price and was expected to pay almost $40,000 for this roof, I was totally shocked at the terrible customer service. I am 80 years old and have a handicap, so this was a very distressing experience. read more

We had this company come out, assess the roof, give a quote for all repairs needed (not cheap, and covered a lot more repairs than we had initially asked for)...we elected to stick with the basic repairs we had initially planned on and-- that was as far as we could get them to go. Initially they told us they were very busy, would be a number of weeks before they could start our project, which was a bit worrisome as Fall was arriving, with rain etc. They assured us they could work around the weather. Problem was, they never showed up. I sent repeated phone calls and emails, no response...it's like they just disappeared, or decided they didn't need our business. But not even responding to our repeated requests for an update, even just to tell us that they couldn't work on our roof? That's very unprofessional. It also delayed our finding another roofing company, because we thought we had repairs scheduled and could relax. Most companies put their best foot forward early on, where they're trying to get the job. The fact that these guys fell flat even in this 'courtship' stage should be a major alarm bell. Not a professional outfit, from what we experienced. Would not recommend! read more
