First they crazy-overcharged for a tiny deck that needed a decent waterproofing seal. They said only his most expensive product would do the job. Then they left it half done and very sloppy. And once the rains started we accrued significant damage and cost to both the outside and the inside of our home including mold damage and total inside ceiling needing repair now (Pix included). The owner told us yesterday in person that they would fix it. Now today he writes saying that he won't. Sadly this is just really bad business and very costly mistakes on their part that is left for us to pick up their improper work.
