I called him and he came out promptly to see what I needed, which was major Moss removal from a tile roof. He assessed the situation and gave me the price Right then and there. The day before the scheduled appointment he called to confirm his estimated arrival time (which was about the same as the time he had originally provided) then, on the day of the appointment, he called once he was on his way with an accurate estimated arrival time (which matched what he had previously told me).
