We could not ask for better customer service. Grace Works is a very well managed business. Employees arrive at their designated homes for cleaning on time every time. They let you know that they are coming the night before by text as well as when they're on the way. They do very good training. I have used housekeepers for years and I must say that the thoroughness and expertise of the work that we receive every two weeks is excellent. In addition, if we have special cleaning projects, we can schedule the work and get it done in a top notch manner. Been using Grace for a couple years I believe. Same person. She's prompt, polite and puts in a full 2.5 hours. This is a maintenance cleaning so no moving furniture, but well worth it as we have a dog who is a hair making machine. read more

Took them 6 hours to partially clean half the floors, wipe down the kitchen cabinets, and clean 2 toilets. They made a big deal about their vacuum breaking and not being able to find mine when it was clearly just sitting in the hallway closet. If you enjoy different people in your house every visit then Graceworks is the place. The turnover rate is HIGH. They say they properly vet them, but they never stick. Only reason I continued service was because one woman was great. They also have poor customer service. 72 hours cancellation notice but they don't answer emails promptly.
