Graceworks has been phenomenal! Working with Ashley to schedule went smoothly, and she was able to accommodate my requests for "ASAP!" We were assigned Sam and Gabby for our deep clean. Both showed up on time, were very friendly, hard working, and did a spectacular job! After our first experience, I'm anxious to meet Bryant, who will be our bi-weekly cleaner. He's already got some big shoes to fill! read more

We have been using Grace Works for several years with marvelous success. Eric, the former owner, who is still with the business thank goodness is pure joy to work with. We could not ask for better customer service. Grace Works is a very well managed business. Employees arrive at their designated homes for cleaning on time every time. They let you know that they are coming the night before by text as well as when they're on the way. They do very good training. I have used housekeepers for years and I must say that the thoroughness and expertise of the work that we receive every two weeks is excellent. In addition, if we have special cleaning projects, we can schedule the work and get it done in a top notch manner. We very much appreciate everything that Grace Works Home Cleaning consistently provides. Thank you so much!!! read more

My first time with Grace Works and I am very pleased. My neighbor has used GraceWorks (person was Evanne) for a while and was pleased, so I scheduled a deep cleaning (4 hrs) with the same person. She arrived 10 mins early (points for her!!) to hear any specifics I needed to tell her and "get the lay of the land." Because of my back and knee issues, I can't do the hard core cleaning of the full shower and shower doors, kitchen and bath floors, and the oven as well as they could be, but she spent the time to do a fine job on my highlighted areas and managed to go over the rest of the house also. Evanne was very focused and experienced, immediately got to work and not a chatty time waster either and that was all much appreciated. Having such a good, committed cleaning job done on my "hard to clean" areas made the price for a deep clean worth it. Grateful read more

Been using Grace for a couple years I believe. Same person. She's prompt, polite and puts in a full 2.5 hours. This is a maintenance cleaning so no moving furniture, but well worth it as we have a dog who is a hair making machine. read more

very nice Cleaner, but slow the overall cost was too much money for me the owner and his staff are very nice. I do recommend this business. Their staff is always very good. Nothing is inexpensive anymore and I just can't afford to hire them on a bi monthly basis. read more

Cassandra did an excellent job of cleaning my house It was spotless when she left. She took the extra initiative to do things that I didn't even think to ask of her. This is a great service and she is an amazing cleaner with a sunny disposition. A real pleasure. read more

Took them 6 hours to partially clean half the floors, wipe down the kitchen cabinets, and clean 2 toilets. They made a big deal about their vacuum breaking and not being able to find mine when it was clearly just sitting in the hallway closet. My small 1344 sq ft house doesn't even look superficially clean after they were done. read more

We lost our service of five years and found this one. The staff are great the boss is responsible and kind and the house looked great. Very happy with the service so far! read more

If you enjoy different people in your house every visit then Graceworks is the place. The turnover rate is HIGH. They say they properly vet them, but they never stick. Only reason I continued service was because one woman was great. They also have poor customer service. 72 hours cancellation notice but they don't answer emails promptly. The owner is rude and I can see why people don't stick around. If you have a one time clean out, maybe good. Consistency and great customer service? No. read more

Grace Works was hired to provide priority cleaning services on a one-time basis, but after they completed the work, we were so satisfied that we decided to hire them on a monthly basis. We made a list of our priorities to be cleaned within a two-hour period of time and they exceeded our expectations. They are communicative, on time, respectful of the household and interested in satisfying the customer. I recommend them. ~Gerean read more

I've used this service twice now and will stay with them for life. They are terrific!!!! They are extremely professional. Let you know when they are on the way and show up on time. Their pricing is transparent, clear and and very fair. It's easy to pay, schedule and get what you need. During this time of Covid, I also appreciate their attention to safety. Everyone wore masks the whole time they were in my home. I can't recommend Graceworks highly enough. ..I'd give them more stars if I could. read more

I am so thankful for Graceworks and their Amazing team! I have a vacation house in Northern California just south of the Oregon border. It has been tough finding people to help with the house. My management company found Graceworks and within a day I was on the phone for a consult. Eric was very professional. We set up a home inspection and Eric was right on time. I'm having professional photos done of the house today and Crystallynn came out yesterday and did an amazing job deep cleaning the house to get it picture ready. Her attention to detail and style of organizing was super impressive. Crystallynn is very professional and gives great feedback on the house. I really appreciated her honesty and feedback. Amazing work! Graceworks cleaning performed a move out clean of my home and it looks brand new. They arrived on time, communicated promptly when one of the cleaners wasn't able to come due to health issues and supplied additional people as soon as possible. Appreciated their transparent cost estimate even without viewing my home and quick response to my Yelp inquiry. Thank you! read more

You know that feeling you get after a good, hard rain, when you take an unexpected turn on the way home and find yourself lost in a sparkling view of your familiar surroundings as if they were all brand new? That's how it feels after Graceworks cleans your house. It's magical. My husband and I both work at home, so we turn into cave dwelling, monosyllabic creatures on a regular basis and cleaning is always the second thing to fall by the wayside during deadline crunch time. (The first is healthy eating, obviously. Sugar + caffeine = art, in case you wondered.) We moved into the area recently and knew we had to sort out a cleaning service quickly or we'd never dig ourselves out of the dust and the clutter and the mountains of pet hair. As this was not an appealing prospect, I poked around online, found Graceworks, and hoped for the best. I was blown away! I realize these are a lot of superlatives for housecleaning, but I'm telling you, this isn't ordinary housecleaning at all. The owner, Eric, is not only friendly, punctual, great with silly dogs as well as distracted humans, and really, really good at what he does-- he truly seems to ENJOY cleaning, just as he claims on his website. I can't tell you what a difference this makes in the state of our home. I'm not kidding. It doesn't simply sparkle, it FEELS like the fantastic little retreat it ought to be. All this and everything he does is ecofriendly too, so no choking on chemical fumes in the wake of all that sparkling. I couldn't be happier with Graceworks and I recommend them wholeheartedly! read more

What a great feeling when you find a company that actually shows up when expected, does the job that is expected and where you speak to the owner everytime you call. Where can you find that? My cleaner Amy did a great job. Shes friendly and thorough, asked questions if unsure about something. Will definately recommend to family and friends. Oh and the cost is very reasonable compared to other companies here in medford area. read more
