We could not ask for better customer service. Grace Works is a very well managed business. Employees arrive at their designated homes for cleaning on time every time. I have used housekeepers for years and I must say that the thoroughness and expertise of the work that we receive every two weeks is excellent. In addition, if we have special cleaning projects, we can schedule the work and get it done in a top notch manner. We very much appreciate everything that Grace Works Home Cleaning consistently provides. Thank you so much!!!

I am extremely disappointed. We got a bid for $590... high,…read morebut fair enough. The quote was for $300 up front and $290 upon completion. Their guy came in, worked all day, and DID A GOOD JOB. When he finished, I gave him a check for $290. The big problem I have with this company is that when I reviewed my credit card charges two days later, I discovered they had charged us the full $590 before the work was started, and that was after my wife specifically reviewed the terms of their bid with the woman taking our card number. From my point of view, they effectively stole my leverage, not allowing me to withhold payment if the work was unsatisfactory. This business practice shows no respect for their customers. Now I have to chase them down to get that extra $290 back!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TONY AND I CAN SEE CLEARLY. He is a fraud. I hired him to wash my windows…read moreand screens and clean my air ducts. He was combative when I questioned his "cleaning" of my air ducts which consisted of taking an old shop vac and vacuuming my vents. I told him that he did not clean my air ducts and he insisted that he got 90% of the dirt out of them and I told him he had no way of knowing that. He did not use the machine that was listed on his invoice. He did vent cleaning and not air duct cleaning and totally misrepresented his service. It was a joke! Regarding the windows not one of them is satisfactory and some of them are totally streaked. When I pointed some of the areas out he said "well if you want to go over it with a fine tooth comb" and got irritated. I know he did not touch some of the screens at all. I told him that I hired a professional so they would look better than if I did them myself. He knew I had to leave my house at 4:30 and at 4:24 he hadn't started putting the screens back on from the inside and said he had plenty of time which he didn't and he made me run late. The next day when the sun hit my windows I called asking for a full refund which he refused saying it was my OPINION and he did a fine job. I had already texted him photos showing how bad his job was. I could go on and on about him. I see there's a review from 4/26/24 from a woman that I should have read before hiring him.

Basically, I had to turn an uninhabitable home into a habitable one, all alone, on a tight schedule. Karen immediately sent Deborah out to my rather remote location. All I can say to the naysayers is that you get what you pay for. For someone to come into a run-down situation, be self-directed, energetic and completely attentive to detail, $40/hr is a bargain.
