First the guy tried telling us it had been installed incorrectly by the local company we purchased it from, and that the warranty was voided because the wrong size seam tape was used so we should contact the company immediately to make them reinstall the entire job. I checked with the manufacturer directly the next day and he was dead wrong about tape and the direction the carpet was laid. Then after the carpets thoroughly dried both rooms smelled like dirty mop water. It's gross and we've been airing them out and using baking soda to absorb the smell. For the record we don't allow pets, shoes, or food in those rooms and the new carpet especially should not have ended up like that. There was one spot on the older carpet, which after "cleaning" had a distinctive ring around it where the pre treatment clearly hadn't been thoroughly rinsed. My store bought carpet spray does better than that. The rooms were not vacuumed prior to the steam clean either. Definitely won't be using them again and I didn't contact them to come back and do it over because frankly we didn't want them bank in our house.

It's disappointing that you have to remind people to pay attention to signs, I know, but this is a huge problem. One or more of these riders will catch me on a bad day some time, and I'll have to cause a big scene. If I had another way around, I sure would give up this bus in a hot minute. Also, next time, make sure ODOT doesn't screw up your funding, like maybe consider having the fund dispersement unit FIRED. My neighbor installed two in their front yard and they go off constantly. It is a piercing intolerable noise unlike any other. Cpm's employee made a visit and could not hear the frequency (as 95% don't) so they ruled the devices can stay. I can no longer take the trash out or water my own yard without being assaulted by the sound. My lease says this is against terms, they do not care.

He installed the gutter a couple inches below roof line because of flashing that was in place made it harder to install. The last day of the install I actually helped him for a couple of hours because he had no help. So after he "completed " his install, I did a water leak test, 4 separate leak areas, pour draining in 4 areas, plus a downspout leak. Disgusted, I spoke to another gutter contractor, purchased some quality gutter seal, and patched the leaks. I then called Brian to fix the gutter draining issues, lose bracket issues, and seam separation issues. He said he'd come on 2 separate occasions but made excuses why he couldn't make it, now he doesn't return calls or texts.

At that time we had only found one window with hard stains that was left as uncleanable, a broken exterior light fixture, 4 screens not put back on and a dead grass area. So we declined their offer to "make things right" and stated the trust was gone.
