The walkway sparkles and the pavers actually look clean. I have done this job in past years with my own power washer....and it never looked this good... even tho I spent 8-10-12 hours over a day or two. They did the job in THREE hours at a very fair price. Showed up on time (which is a good thing) and are personable and professional....and very detailed oriented. They have a new phone#: 541-226-1673. Give them a try and I bet you will be well pleased with their performance.

One or more of these riders will catch me on a bad day some time, and I'll have to cause a big scene. If I had another way around, I sure would give up this bus in a hot minute. I was also very sad the Ashland Connector was discontinued due to a shortage of drivers. There was nothing like it. Again, good on you RVTD for having it available in the first place. I still use RVTD regularly for medical appointments in Medford to determine whether or not I'm still alive. So far, I am. Which gives me the opportunity to apologize to RVTD. Thank you RVTD. I rented a commercial property from CPM's commercial division from late 2019 until early 2025. Over…read morethat time, there were quite a few different people at CPM who were in charge of managing my studio's property, most recently Norma Salazar and Bobi Henderson, and what I'll say is this - Each and every person I've ever dealt with in the commercial division, as well as the ladies in the main office when I've gone in to pay rent in person, have treated me with kindness and respect. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue in the property, they handled it within 24 hours - with the exception of one time when the company was switching to implementing a system of maintenance requests through their website, instead of the old system of having me place a phone call or e-mail. On this particular occasion, I had a maintenance request which was overlooked. When I was feeling frustrated and contacted the commercial division again to find out what was going on, upon realizing the error they apologized to me about it with complete and total humility, and had a maintenance person out on the property immediately to solve the problem. This was the only error I ever experienced with them in 5 years, and they solved it with a human touch. The feeling of this has stayed with me. For my final inspection, I deep cleaned the entire space and left my studio totally spotless, and in return I received my full security deposit back. Reflecting on my experience upon moving out, I left feeling well taken of, and with a sense of trust in the people at this company. I feel like these days, great customer service is so hard to find, and so often whenever someone has a negative experience with a business out in the world, they are eager to get onto the internet to let everyone know about it, but rarely do I ever read anything really honest posted when someone has a positive experience with a business in the world. Thank you to everyone over at CPM who took great care of me.

Unfortunately this gutter installation has turned into a nightmare! At first I felt good about…read moreBrian's capabilities and approach but then when the actual work began, red flags began to show up like, his worker was sick (never did show up) instead it was a young girl a couple of days, then a friend who was in between jobs. He installed the gutter a couple inches below roof line because of flashing that was in place made it harder to install. The last day of the install I actually helped him for a couple of hours because he had no help. So after he "completed " his install, I did a water leak test, 4 separate leak areas, pour draining in 4 areas, plus a downspout leak. Disgusted, I spoke to another gutter contractor, purchased some quality gutter seal, and patched the leaks. I then called Brian to fix the gutter draining issues, lose bracket issues, and seam separation issues. He said he'd come on 2 separate occasions but made excuses why he couldn't make it, now he doesn't return calls or texts.

At that time we had only found one window with hard stains that was left as uncleanable, a broken exterior light fixture, 4 screens not put back on and a dead grass area. So we declined their offer to "make things right" and stated the trust was gone.
