A week ago we had Clarity Window Washing come to our home. It was extremely disappointing. We…read moreemailed them that we were not at all satisfied with the workmanship on the windows and the next day a crew showed up unexpectedly to talk about the problems. It did not end well. At that time we had only found one window with hard stains that was left as uncleanable, a broken exterior light fixture, 4 screens not put back on and a dead grass area. So we declined their offer to "make things right" and stated the trust was gone. The next morning, when the sun came through our living room windows, they were full of streaks and the front screen/glass door was completely forgotten. Even more dissatisfaction.

Failed to re-lock window screens in place in several windows throughout the house. Left dirt, from cleaning window screen, on bathroom floor(see photo). I found at least 12 of the small grommets (see photo) that hold/support plastic grill overlays on my Windows that we're not reinstalled to keep grill ends stable and secure in the holes provided. Left a mess on the ground of the residue that was removed from gutter cleaning. After I mentioned it, a bit was cleaned up m, but still left quite a bit more I had to clean up myself. I called and left a voice message to Darren within two days of job completion to complain about the grommets and dirt on the bathroom floor. I also messaged him after receiving no response (and included these same two photos) ...he's never responded. This even though his website says if a customer is not pleased with the work completed they will make it right. Not responding to my call or msg is just another complaint that won't be resolved. Subsequently, I discovered that the window sills had not been cleaned and the screens had been left in the unlocked position, which allows insects entry into the house.

I was looking to give my mom a fresh start with a top to bottom spring cleanup & clean out. She had been the primary caregiver for my dad with Alzheimer's for the last year and a half. Consequently she lost total control of the house & keeping it clean. The home had become completely out of sorts from top to bottom. I was looking for somebody to help get my mom's home back in order from top to bottom. Marcus and His coworker were absolutely fantastic. They were not only hardworking, efficient, very experienced but also were extremely sensitive & caring to my moms situation. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with the company. At the last minute we needed an extra dump load taken off the property and they were able to get that put together at the last minute as well. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for A reliable and extremely professional and competent company. Thank you Servicemaster for making a very hard situation have a beautiful ending. She's going to have a lot of adjustments after losing her husband of 55 years but having her house back & cleaned was a beautiful step in the right direction.

He refers to them as his "skilled laborers." They have also bid other jobs for me such as irrigation sprinkler repair, and a ramp rebuild/repair. Then, I didn't hear anything from any of the workers or management for three weeks. By the time they got back to me, I had already recd other bids, approved a bid, hired somebody, had the work completed and paid for the work. Their "skilled laborers" are "boys" who don't take their job or their clients seriously. I even had a text from Tanner after 11 pm. Both he and Dallas heard about it from me. Their laborers dictate rates to the owner. Not acceptable. They are not professional and should not be considered if you want quality work done at a decent price.
